They may ask if you would like additional services but they won't harass you about it. They give you an opportunity to check their handiwork and they are topnotch when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. The shop also has a frequent user card that is a bonus. They offer hair removal services, facials, lashes and henna. I usually stick to the hair removal services and I'm satisfied. The location is small, clean and open pretty late. The staff is efficient, welcoming and thorough.

The older Asian lady who was my lash artist first removed my purse from the bottom of the bed which there was plenty of room for my bag. She then pointed to the camera and said I put it over here see camera. Which was all the way across the room on an empty bed. Red flag then I showed reference picture, she immediately said she has another appointment. She said my lashes were short without looking at my natural lashes. It took her forever to remove my lashes which is not normal. I also have my esthetician license and am certified in lashes as well. So I asked for her to remove the lashes then make an assessment. She got lash remover in my eyes they burned like crazy. Another Red flag! Then she said she would not be able to do the lashes how I wanted them. She said she could do them shorter. I previously had a set put on a week before as my friend was practicing on me for her certification and she only had short lashes in her kit. But finally I went to my lash shop in the city , they sat with me asked what I wanted and then they gave me choices on length. I've gone to many lash studios in NYC/NJ and they always ask what look you're going for and what length. The front desk at lash lounge was very nice. But the service was terrible. I was scared to open my eyes bc she burned my eyeballs. Then to judge my lashes without seeing them. I'm glad I went to the city and got what I wanted. Disaster.

Sarina was so nice right from the start, and did an incredible job of somehow finding a shape in the two little caterpillars I'd been sporting for a couple years!  Despite the overgrowth, she managed to make the experience virtually painless, and while she took her time and I never felt rushed (like I do at some other threading spots), I still was out the door very quickly, with no angry redness on my face to reveal where I'd just been, so I could easily get on with my night.
