I have been going to Nadia for years. I have followed her each time she moves locations and when she increases her prices because she is THE BEST and deserves to be compensated well and have loyal customers who stick with her. I have a scar from a fibroid surgery that hurts and stings whenever I get waxed and she is always super gentle in that area. She keeps her space immaculate and she is very thorough. She is also punctual I have never had to wait more than five minutes. Lastly, she uses the absolute top grade hard wax on the market. It is not strip wax and it is not the sticky, thin hard wax that needs multiple tries to get off the skin. It is thick, effective, and it makes waxing quick and, well, not painless, but less torturous than most places. I love Lablosh! read more

I was perusing yelp for a new brow spot and stumbled upon Lablosh. I texted Nadia and she very quickly responded. Due to how busy she is and my crazy schedule, I had to wait a bit for an appointment but I can say she was well worth the wait! Nadia's located inside a salon and it is very clean and private. She did a great job on my brows. She was quick and painless. Nadia is also a pleasure to deal with. She had to send me the waiver multiple times because the hubby kept deleting the email and she never complained. I also had to change my appointment a few times due to unforeseen work issues and she was great. I will definitely come back! read more

Nadia did a beautiful job on my brows!! So pleased with the results, and will certainly be back

Nadia was so friendly and my eyebrows came out looking amazing! I'll definitely be back.

Great wax! Super quick and painless. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have no irritation or redness. Will be returning!

I absolutely love my eyebrows! I've been getting my Brazilian wax and brow shaping with Nadia for over a year. My brows are thick but had some sparse areas which made them uneven. From the moment I knew she was going to offer microblading I was sold. She is such a perfectionist and detailed oriented so I had no doubts she would make my brows look amazing. The procedure wasn't painless but it wasn't so painful either. She uses a numbing cream to help with that. Love that she took her time drawing the perfect eyebrow shape to fit my face. (The whole treatment lasts for about two hours). It's been a couple of weeks since I got them done and they look a little lighter but she told me it's normal for them to fade that's why we will do the touch up in a few more weeks. I no longer need to fill in my brows every single morning. I LOVE it! read more

Lablosh - Waxing Near Me - New York, New York

I just got my first brazilian with Nadia and let me tell you...Nadia is one of a kind!! She was so professional, sweet and extremely patient with me! She made me feel at ease and helped me calm my nerves. Nadia only uses european hard wax which feels really creamy and (pleasantly) warm. Nadia has her own wax room within a hair salon which is fine with me. The room looks cute, clean and smells really good. IMPORTANT! It's by appointment only so make sure you call a couple of days in advance to get your slot. Best of all? You can book online, calling her and/or even texting her (super convenient). Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and I already booked my next appointment in 4 weeks! read more

A great experience! I was a little worried about getting my eyebrows microbladed since I didn't want them to look fake. I found Nadia online and decided to give her a try and I'm so happy I did! The treatment included an in depth consultation to find out what eyebrow shape would fit my face while still looking real. Nadia decided to follow my natural eyebrow shape, while giving it more density, length and a little thickness to frame my eyes nicely. The actual procedure was fine even though at times I felt some tingling around the area. She uses numbing cream to help diminish discomfort which I found helpful. I'll be back in less than two months for the required touch-up. My friend loved them so much she already made an appointment with Nadia. She is great! read more

Update July 2022: Still can't say enough great things about Nadia! She is such a pro and makes what can be an uncomfortable/painful experience a complete breeze. This is my 3rd Prenatal Wax with Nadia and I really cannot recommend her highly enough!! She's also just a lovely person! She has a way of putting you completely at ease and really takes pride in her work. I wish I could give 6 stars!! read more

Finding Nadia was such a blessing to my face! After a roller coaster of ups and downs and years of different people touching my face, it feels great to finally find someone who is an eyebrow artist! I went for my first appointment yesterday after not having them done for 8 weeks while I was in search of a new place. Her 5 star reviews definitely stood out but the fact that she offers her first time clients a free brow shaping, absolutely sold me. Not because I didn't have to pay for it, but because you know that anybody who is willing to give a free first time trial service is CONFIDENT in their work and confident that you will leave happy and want to come back. And that is exactly what Nadia did. First, she was quick with her responses in text, on time with my appointment and absolutely the sweetest. But most importantly she is very knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous when it came to shaping my (not so easy to manage) brows. I'm excited to say I definitely have a new brow girl, thank you Nadia!! read more

I am so happy I did my research for a good person to do my Brazilian wax.. Nadia is a true gem. She's is awesome, and very friendly.. I even forgot I was getting waxed. She made sure I was comfortable, we chatted which helped me to take my mind off of what was going on. I've had Brazilian waxes at two other locations, and today was the first time I can say that it was as painless as it could get. I loved the results, and booked my next appointment before left. I finally found a person I'm comfortable going to. read more

Nadia is incredible! She's so sweet and lets you make appointments online, via text -- whatever the most convenient way is for you! She's also really flexible if you need to change it at the last minute. I've officially made the switch from European Wax Center to working with Nadia full-time -- I don't get burned, I don't get ingrown hairs and she's so sweet! read more

Mark my words: best Brazilian wax in NYC! Or even the tri-state area! And you can't beat the price which is SUPER reasonable. Brazillians are never fun unless it's done by someone like Nadia! She is so good at what she does. I truly look forward to getting waxed now because it's like a mini therapy session! We chat and laugh about everything! I'm thinking about taking my boyfriend here for a back wax hehe. Thanks Nadia! You're a goddess! read more

Whoever said getting a Brazilian wax is painless was either A) Lying to you or B) Not human. With that said, Nadia made my experience almost pain-free. Of course I winced here and there but that's normal. I have really sensitive skin and my skins is normally super pink after a wax but not this time. Nadia definitely took her time and was careful not to hurt me. She uses a hard wax that adheres only to the hair and minimizes pain. She's really sweet and definitely knows how to hold a conversation without being too talkative. I'll definitely be returning. Side note: this is not a waxing salon, it's one room run by one woman but please don't let this deter you. She's quick and tries to make the experience as painless as possible. The prices are more than fair and first time guests can get a free wax. Make sure to call to book an appointment. I don't think walk-ins are accepted. read more

Great service, very personable. I was even able to get my eyebrows waxed with my baby laying on me since he was sleeping!

I'm reviewing their advanced brazilian wax seminar that I took last month because I needed to refine my technique. I couldn't be happier with this workshop! I feel much more confident as a skin care professional and my clients love it. Pros: - very educational - feels like a private class - lots of practice - great waxing kit to get you started Cons: - a little expensive - not too many seminars throughout the year, so spaces fill out quickly Conclusion: worth every penny! Nadia is really professional and I can tell she loves what she does. Can't wait to take other seminars soon :) read more

My daughters and I have been going to Lablosh for about 2 years. I can't believe it took us so long to find Nadia, she is the BEST! Lablosh is welcoming, clean and most of all professional. Nadia takes her time, she explains the shape of your face, how hair grows and how to maintain your brow. Nadia has started brow tinting, I had mine done yesterday and I did not recognize myself. My daughter (23yrs. old), told me how beautiful I looked. Her work is just amazing, give her a try. Booking is super easy online, no long waiting time in shop. She listens to music while she works, very diverse hip hop-country lol... She never uses her cell phone while she is working, your time is your time and all the attention is on you. Lablosh is the BEST!!!! read more

I've gone to Nadia multiple times for underarms/Brazilian waxing service. I have no idea how she does it, but she makes it virtually PAINLESS. She's quick, but gentle at the same time and pays attention to your request and concerns. She very kindly walks you through it and is always giving positive feedback! I've been to two other waxing places in the area and she is by far the most skilled! It was a blessing finding Nadia and her expertise in Manhattan. You will not regret going with her for your waxing services. Again, she made my bikini waxing painless! I haven't broken out post wax, underarms or Brazilian, Nadia is also very sweet! THANK YOU NADIA, you're the best! I won't ever go anywhere else! If you are scared or hesitant don't be, she rocks! I wish I had her for my first time! XX read more

Nadia is fantastic! I've gone to her twice for eyebrow shaping and I am really pleased. She is extremely friendly and listened to my eyebrow concerns before shaping them. She explained exactly what she's doing and answered my questions. She didn't rush and was extremely thorough. Her introductory deal is great too. The price is a little high for my liking but compared to other eyebrow places it is comparable. I will certainly continue to go back to Lablosh and would recommend it to anyone. read more

Just had a fantastic eyebrow waxing experience at Lablosh! Nadia took her time and was extremely detail oriented; she patiently listened to my eyebrow stories (and woes of them being too thin), showed me where my eyebrows needed to grow, and explained exactly what she was doing during the wax. No one in the past has taken that much care to ensure I know what they're doing and why they are doing it, which I really appreciated. Despite the fact that I am trying to grow my brows out, Nadia did a great job shaping what I already have. The wax was not at all painful. She was very sweet and very professional and I will definitely be going back to her! read more

Nadia is the best. I've been going to her for about 3 years. She really listens to what you request, is very accessible and accommodating if you need to make last minute changes, and most importantly makes you comfortable throughout the process. She uses european hard wax which I've found is gentler on my skin. It's not painless (never is! Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to show off) but on a scale of 1-10 it's only a 3 or 4. No double dipping! Very clean room. I highly recommend her! read more

Nadia was amazing! From setting the apppontment to the wax itself, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. She is a doll. I just moved to the area and am thrilled to find a trusted resource for my waxes so early. I would highly recommend Nadia! Very sweet and did a great job. read more

I came in to get my eyebrows done with Nadia (for free) the first time and it was amazing! I got countless compliments on them and had people ask me where I got them done. Several weeks later I returned to do my eyebrows again and a Brazilian and, that too, was great! It was done very thoroughly with minimal pain and has been growing back surprisingly slow. I've been waxing for the past 15 years and have tried A LOT of places. Lablosh has definitely been one of the best. Nadia is professional, friendly and accommodating. Her place is very clean and welcoming and the prices are more than reasonable. So glad I found Lablosh! This is my new wax spot. read more

I still consistently come to nadia, now for all my waxing and not just brazilians. The place I used to go to, i had been there for like...10 years starting with my underarms and adding more since, but i had noticed i kept getting infected pores on my legs. Once i realized (pretty late) that it was because they double dipped, I immediately started bringing all my business to nadia! She does my everything! The space is nice and quiet and she plays contemporary radio music while talking the whole time. I'm always so happy and comfortable while here and with my final result! read more

Tried eyebrow waxing for the first time with Nadia and it was totally worth it! Nadia took time to explain my ideal shape to me: where to get rid of some hairs, where to let them grow out. The waxing itself was super quick and painless and then Nadia took time to clean everything up with tweezers, also quick and painless. It is a little more expensive than threading at cheap salons, but I got a better shape for my eyebrows and zero breakouts (those do happen after threading). I'm super happy and will come back both for eyebrows and Brazilian. read more
