First of all, it was so happy to see that they had some same day appointment availability! Why that may not always be the case, some booking systems will still only show starting next day. I also loved that their menu had a lot of options, including more than one type of Brazilian to book. When I showed up to my appointment, I checked in and filled out some basic, new client information. I was then taken to my room with my waxer promptly after. They use hard wax here which many people prefer, but for me hurts the most. But I don't really care what is used as long as they're hygienic, quick, effective and will not spawn in-grown hairs. My waxer was quick, thorough and one week out...things are still looking good! As a bonus, first time clients got a significant discount which made me even happier about my experience. While my experience before check out was already excellent, that was just icing on the cake. Overall, I left very impressed and will definitely return again in the future!

Nadia is an artist! I got my eyebrows microbladed about a year ago at a different place and I thought it was time to get them re-touched since they were almost faded. The appointment began with a consultation where Nadia asked me about my eyebrow preferences and explained to me what would suit my face best (I'm extremely picky and anal about my brows, so it was refreshing that she listened to what I wanted, yet remained honest and realistic about what would work best for me) Nadia did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They are even and extremely natural (which most definitely was the goal!). I loved that she included me throughout the whole process, listening to my concerns and making me feel at ease. The procedure took a little less than two hours and there was minimal pain. I am very happy with my brows and experience with Nadia. I have previously been a client at Premier Hair Salon for highlights with Stella. I have always had…read morea pleasant experience. During my last visit to Premier, I only needed a haircut. When I spoke to Stella, I explained that I would like to have about 3-4 inches cut off with long layers. Once she had begun the cut, I realized the pieces that frame my face had been chopped. The cut was uneven, not blended, and very choppy. One side is also longer than the other. I have posted pictures of the cut. Unfortunately, I have to wear the front pieces pinned up until they grow out. I returned the next day and requested a refund for the cut. I had spoken to friends and colleagues by that time who agreed it was warranted. Stella refunded me on the spot. I would have previously recommended Premier for highlights and a blow out, but if you are looking for a cut this would not be my recommendation.
