Great salon! I have sensitive skin and they always tweeze my eyebrows for me instead of waxing per my request.

I have gone to this place for years and always loved it. Today, when I went, it felt really sloppy and rushed, and I was super disappointed by the results of my lash lift and brow wax. If you go, be super specific about the quality you would love spent on your appointment. read more

Love, love, love my brows so much. Hailee did such a wonderful job! I have very sensitive eyes and I only teared up once. She was very gentle and paid close attention to detail. I requested a skinny 90s brow and she delivered flawlessly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. read more

I walked in to the lex ave location a few days ago. I was walking by and the sign said something like "no appointments needed." There were 2 girls sitting on stools doing nothing, and one girl working on a client. One of the girls got off her stool and approached me, with a real snotty attitude. I was kind of shocked to be honest. "What are you looking to have done?" I said, get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. "I'm not sure how much we can help you" was her unpleasant reply, I said ok, I'll go to the place up the street who are capable AND PLEASANT, unlike you. It always baffles me when someone in the service business is so incredibly unwelcoming. They can't survive without clients but act like you're bothering them. Bizarre. read more

Hailee did my brows and it was great!! The wait to get in wasn't bad at all and Hailee made my brows look the best they have in ages.

Hit or miss. I've had great service that I'd 100% recommend and then others (unfortunately most often) have such attitude when I try to communicate my preference for eyebrow tint and wax. They always ask if I'm happy with my service from the last time. If they don't care or are going to have an attitude when I'm honest about my past service, then why ask? Finally taught myself to tint my own eyebrows because of how inconsistent the service here was but I still go back for waxing. Disappointingly, I had the same specialist for my past 2 waxes and despite telling her I only want a a light clean up around the edges, she makes my brows completely flat, no arch and honestly is quite rude. Others in the reviews seem to think this particular specialist is amazing, so it makes me think she's messing up intentionally. Not sure when flat/no shape eyebrows have ever been a look people request. Looking for another place for waxing, recommendations welcome. read more

I always have a great experience at Bespoke Brows. I love that it is walk in only so I can pop in whenever I have time. They always ask me how I want my brows shaped and I have never been disappointed with the result. Highly recommend!!! read more

Hit or miss depending on who does your brows.. sometimes good attn to detail and takes their time.. others are quick and leave you feeling like you could have done your own eyebrows.. perhaps if you get good brows done.. remember her name and ask for her next time read more

Love this place. Get eyebrow tint and wax. Been to a few people and all great. I recommend to everyone

ronica is one of the best. Very reassuring and listens to you! I highly recommend her services

My first lash lift was about 1.5-2 years ago and it was truly great. I couldn't remember the name of the salon/spa, so I just googled a new one. I had my second lash lift/tint last week at Bespoke Brows. I don't know my technician's name because she never told me. If you are going in for a quick eyebrow wax/shaping, fine. But do NOT let these people touch your lashes. When you enter, it's a little chaotic because there is no waiting area - there is just the open "salon area" / "waiting area" combined. You do not get to lie down in the dark. You are perched in VERY uncomfortable chairs for the entire procedure. Since then, I have looked around online and made some phone calls - this is NOT normal. A lash lift/tint is not a "comfortable" experience. Being forced to close your eyes while sitting in a very uncomfortable chair while listening to everyone bustling around you is unnerving. I felt like the technicians were running around from person to person- they would leave and then come back. It was not great. My eyes were stinging and someone else came over to ask if my eyes were feeling "spicy". I had at least 2 people work on my eyes, maybe more. It's now been a full week, and my eyes are in pain every time I blink. I'm constantly pouring eye drops into them. I have to go to an ophthalmologist this week to make sure nothing was scraped or damaged in the procedure. I took a shortcut. No reservations - quick in and out- my mistake. DO YOUR RESEARCH and go somewhere else. Really, a nightmare. read more

I am last minute prepping for my headshots and I literally was able to walk into Bespoke with no problem!! Ronni was able see me right away thank the lord and let me tell you my brows are absolutely the perfect fluffy natural look. Tysm read more

One of the technicians butchered my eyebrows-trimmed them so unevenly and had earlier convinced me to tint them and proceeded to put the dye so far around my brows, I looked like a lunatic. I was catching a flight the next morning and had to come back in later that night so they could wash it off. When I showed the technician how she butchered my eyebrows she said, "well at least the color is good" I'd get a word of mouth referral for a technician here. I got who was available. read more

Happy with the shape of my brows, though I wish they used ingredients ideal for all skin types, including sensitive skin. I wouldn't recommend Bespoke Brow for a wax or a lamination because 1) the wax is lavender based and lavender is a known skin sensitizer and 2) the lamination chemicals are nut based! It sort of baffles me that they would use such common allergens/sensitive skin irritants in their products. My technician waved off my lavender wax concerns because she said it would only be on my skin for "two seconds", but once she started tweezing and doing eyebrow cleanup, I could feel the hives erupting along my forehead. My brows looked nice and they were kept full like I wanted, but I can't go back for my skin's sake. read more

Definite a plus they are drop-in only but that means the service is hit or miss. Despite open chairs at the front, I was seated in the back across from the overflowing garbage can. It is more of an aisle so the woman doing my brows was constantly readjusting to accommodate passersby. The brow work was average. And of course she asked me if I was satisfied and when I asked her to balance them out she basically lectured me on how no two brows are the same. I don't plan on returning as I have naturally balanced brow growth pattern and when I left I ended up having them fixed by another place the next day. I really wanted to like this place but it disappointed on service, atmosphere and skill. read more

I always struggled to find a person to get my eyebrows just the way I like them. Thankfully I can now say that I can stop looking! This place is amazing and Taylor did such a good job with my brows! I appreciated how much time she took to ask about my skincare routine to ensure I wouldn't have any side effects from the wax and overall how she asked me exactly how I like my brows. Now, I won't let anyone other than Taylor touch my brows, highly recommend! read more

First time here , place was nice and clean the towel were really nice . Even met the owner. Not a high maintenance woman so i don't wear make up or do lashes but it was my birthday and i wanted something different. I went with a wax and brow tinting i honestly loved the wax no pain at all but the tinting didn't really look any different. Also did the lash lift my eyelashes are very small so they looked a bit bigger but it looked like i had mascara. So i loved it. Will be back again will just ask for a darker shade on my eyebrows. read more

I haven't gotten my brows done in years and was clueless how to maintain them. I went in and let the women here do whatever they saw best, giving them full control- they of course took my opinion into consideration of what I wanted and thought too. Roni gave my brows a tint and wax, tweezed, and cut a few hairs a well. So happy with the results! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Bespoke Brows NYC - My brows were a little red as my skin is sensitive but the process was painless - Eyebrow Services Near Me - New York, New York

I had huge expectations due to the good reviews, unfortunately the lamination didn't last more than 2 days, even though I was very careful to not add any water on it for the first 24h. Regarding the lash lift, I do not see any difference between the before-after. The salon is nice and the estheticians are very kind, but this is disappointing after paying $196 for something that was supposed to last 4-8 weeks... read more

You want your brows to give you a lift and/or a pick me up? Benefit brows are so 10+ years ago. On the east side you have 2 locations in a 15 block radius. Which means. Ronni the brow magician could be at either location. They don't take appts. Just walk in. Trust me when I tell you. Look no further. Pop in and ask for Ronni. She's also the sweetest!!!! read more

Mixed feelings, teetering between 3/4 stars. I came in for a wax and eye lash lift. The brow wax gave me great shape and they actually look fuller, very happy. The wax made me break out a lot but that's probably my sensitive skin. Lash lift: it was my first one and you have to sit on a stool for 35 mins with your eyes closed. I think I would have been happier in a larger place laying down for this process, as it was just an uncomfortable balancing act on a stool. My eye lashes looked great that day, but it's been a week and I've notice the lift is pretty uneven. My right eye lashes dropped significantly and the both inner corner lashes are lifted way more than the outer. read more

I haven't gotten my eyebrows waxed in a long time and was nervous to do so because I didn't have a good experience the last time I had them shaped. I am male and it is tricky to get the shape right without making them look too feminine. I wandered into Bespoke Brows and felt immediately at ease. The team was happy and upbeat, there was good music playing, and the woman who did my brows did a great job. I also didn't feel like this salon was only for women and it felt completely normal that I was there, too. I think I found my new spot! read more

I just had to leave a GLOWING review for my girl Cailyn. I am VERY particular about my brows- I am the girl that stalks the instagram faves, researches all the 'go to girls' and will stop people and ask who they go to in order to find the best person to go to. I have traveled all over town. When I tell you Cailyn is the best of the best- I am not exaggerating. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she really listens to your brow goals and takes your face and eye shape into account. The entire Bespoke Brows space is also so warm and welcoming (I use both UES locations), and have tried many of their services- including tinting and laminations. I also find their prices to be super fair- especially when so many in NY are charging outrageous prices. It allows me to go more often for maintenance. read more

I have been getting my brows done in NYC for YEARS, and I was never happy with how they turned out until I started seeing Ronni 2 years ago at Bespoke Brows. I just can't believe how good she is. I get my brows and eyelashes laminated and tinted, and I more or less never wear makeup now. I don't leave reviews for stuff often, but she just does such an incredible job every time and is the absolute best. Truly, I've never looked and felt so good about my appearance. read more

Arielle did a great job on my eyebrows. She made it a very welcoming environment and was friendly. I will definitely be back!

I have struggled over the last several years to grow my eyebrows out after years of the dreaded, but cool at the time, thin eyebrows. Yesterday, for the first time, my eyebrows look full and I'm in love. Rebecca went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me comfortable during my visit. Her knowledge base, honesty and passion for her job did not go unnoticed. Such a wonderful experience, thanks to Rebecca. She's amazing. 20/10 and I will definitely only be going to Bespoke from now on! read more

I have come to this brow shop a few times now and have been happy with the results. You don't need an appointment and they use very good quality wax, not the one that smells like hot honey. The shop is also very clean. The staff is very helpful and does a good job. I will update my review after a few more waxes. read more

I've been around the block with brow stylists/waxing/etc. Through my 12 years of waxing, there's seriously no one that does it like Ronica. Not only is she one of the kindest people I've met, but she is consistently so good at waxing, tweezing, shaping, and more - with minimal pain too! She listens to every request, no matter how specific. I've recommended Bespoke and Ronica a million times to so many of my friends - I couldn't endorse them enough! read more

I've been on a brow journey for the past few months and I am SO happy with how they are looking! I usually get a brow tint and wax and always feel like a new human when I leave. Everyone who works there is so kind and professional, I literally have nothing bad to say about Bespoke Brows. The attention to detail is amazing and I am always well taken care of. They've really helped me enhance my natural brows and I feel so much more confident because of it! Thank you Bespoke Brows! read more

Go to Bespoke!!!! I highly recommend if you are looking for a lash lift or eyebrow lamination (or if you just need to get your eyebrows done!). Bespoke Brows is clean, welcoming and professional. Tricia gave me a lash lift and eyebrow lamination. She explained the process first and was very clear with what the results would look like. I love how both came out!!!! The results far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely go back! read more

Ok so i honestly never leave reviews but I fr felt like I had to because I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror. Tricia did the most amazing job on my eyebrows. As someone that gets my brows done pretty regularly, I expect them to look good - i don't know what she did, but Tricia seriously worked some magic because they're actually perfect now. I will definitely be coming back here again. Can't wait to try their other services!!! read more

Love going to this spot! Cailyn always makes my brows look so beautiful. Definitely recommend!!

Floored by how wonderful this experience was. Recommended by a friend. Not rushed and you have their undivided attention. Elizabeth was great and walked me through her thought process and I was totally on the same page. I have incredibly sensitive skin and tweezing after the wax for strays always bothers me, but I didn't even notice it. My skin was significantly less red than normal too. During Covid, I've gone to different places and the wax was never consistent so my brows were a bit of a mess. Appreciate the kindness and patience by Elizabeth. They take Covid seriously and walked me through what they are doing to keep everyone safe. Rebecca cares not only about the customer, but her staff and that says a lot. I found my spot and never going anywhere else. read more

I just went back after not going since I moved 10 blocks away (I am lazy). I told myself that I could just trim my own brows...note to self: "DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRIM YOUR OWN BROWS!" Anyway, I digress, I went in and asked for a brow tweeze and tint. I had my service with Shayna whom I have had before and she amahhzing! It took awhile because she was super thorough but my brows are sculpted beautifully. Honestly the best I have ever had done. I didn't think my brows were capable of having an arch because they are more rounded, but she did it ! Now I will safely say, I will make it a point to walk from my apartment on 81st! Thanks, Shayna ! read more
