This review is for JESSICA, she is by far my favorite lash tech. Her work is careful but not slow, she is consistent and her lashes last longer than most. I have been coming to Lash Loft since 2019 - I have always found it to be comfortable, easy, and with solid customer service. My only issue with this place is consistency- if I ask for the same thing the results will vary depending on the tech. So when my go-to tech isn't available it's a gamble. read more

This lash lift and tint is $160 service not including the tip you have to provide and tax if you pay card. I was expecting perfection. First of all the tint was inexistent I did not have any extra color to my lashes and second my right and left curl looked totally different one went straight up and was tangled toward my nose area and the left was curled but not as lifted as the right. Ive never gotten a lift and felt uncomfortable after. The loft is beautiful and beds are clean and comfortable but once you leave and take a good look it's not what you expect. read more

I had my brow shaping done by Taylor, and could not be happier with the result. My brows look so much more defined and polished, and yet they look very natural - like the very best version of what my brows should look like. Highly recommend. The shop is very clean and comfortable. Smells very nice. read more

I used to love coming here when Paola was my esthetician. She always did my lashes beautifully--natural, subtle, and exactly how I liked them. It felt like "my lashes but better." Unfortunately, Paola no longer works at the Lash Loft, though she kindly recommended a new esthetician for me. From the start, the experience felt off. I explained that I wanted a very natural look, but instead of listening, the new esthetician brushed it off, saying, "I already know--Paola left a lot of notes." I repeated my request, hoping to be heard, but the final result was the opposite of what I asked for. My lashes came out extremely full and dramatic--not at all the natural look I wanted. I don't feel comfortable going into work with lashes this bold, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. Disappointed to see the experience change so drastically. read more

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I couldn't be happier! Shannon was amazing and gave me a natural set, but with a bit of glam. I've gotten so many compliments on them already! For anyone hesitant about extensions, don't be! I thought they would feel heavy, but they feel no different than my own lashes. The whole process took about an hour and was very relaxing. I honestly think I feel asleep for a bit haha! They are doing a great job of following COVID protocols and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They also have a new client special, so definitely take advantage of that! I am looking forward to being a regular client here. Thanks for making me feel so glam! read more

Really great customer service. I went in for extensions (first time ever) and felt the result was too dramatic. They gave me a complementary fix with someone else, but unfortunately I was ever more unhappy with the result (they added even more lashes). I went in for a third fix and loved the result. Candi was my technician and she asked a lot of questions about what I didn't like, and did it piecemeal (fewer lashes and only one eye) so I could give feedback. I was super happy with the result. For newcomers, if you want barely noticeable lashes, get the B curl (1.5 width), natural style, length 7/8/9, and a half set read more

I've been coming to Lash Loft for over 3 years now, seeing Aja who does an incredible job every time. Aja is very intentional about finding a shape, length, and style of lash that you are comfortable with and compliments your features. Aja's technique is flawless, I've never had any discomfort after a fill, the lashes have lasted 3+ weeks, and my natural eyelashes have remained strong and healthy. Can't recommend Lash Loft and Aja enough!! read more

The Lash Loft provides professional, and courteous service for their clients. I can't wait to schedule my appointment!

I got a lash lift with Thomas and it looks stunning! He is the first technician I've experienced to be able to curl my lashes . 10/10 experience! read more

1 star for service of a long time customer. I have been coming here for the last 5 years, and have seen different techs. Generally have loved the lash extensions I've gotten, but the last few sets I noticed lashes falling out more frequently. The last glamour set I started to get a lot of eye irritation and asked for a removal instead of a refill, and told them I wanted to rebook a few days later once irritation subsided, and before a photo session I had scheduled. I booked a full set appointment with another tech that was available a few days later, since my regular was not. I was barely 10 minutes late with subway delays on a Friday eve and they refused my appointment, no offer to try to extend even offered to pay additional fee for the tech to stay later. Will not be returning. read more

[Update] THANK YOU SO MUCH YOKO!!!!! I had so much anxiety coming back the next day to get my lashes fixed so as a result I explained the style that I wanted to Yoko way too many times and even asked if we should do one eye at a time and see if I like the work done enough to have it copied onto the other eye, which she said wasn't necessary. BUT I didn't need to be so anxious at all!!! SHE GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ON THE FIRST TRY!!! I told her that I was so happy that I wanted to cry but she said not to cry because it would mess up the lashes hahahahaha. So glad I met Yoko and I will continue to come back here. Also, the owner Peter quickly reached out to me after I posted my original review telling me that they should have honored the 30% off because of the miscommunication on the phone and later that day I received a partial refund to ensure that discount. [Original Review] Got my first ever lash extensions done here. I was told on the phone that I would be able to get the new client 30% off promo despite the fact that two weeks before I had a lash lift done at this location (the promo would still apply since it would be my first time getting eyelash extensions here). At checkout I was told that whoever I spoke to on the phone misspoke and that I wouldn't actually receive 30% off. Normally I wouldn't be so pressed over not getting 30% off since they gave me 10% off anyway for being a returning client, but I'm not happy with the lash extensions. I was very specific, showing a photo of what I wanted and saying several times to multiple people, including the lash tech Sabina, that I didn't want much length added to my lashes because they're already long, and that I wanted the cat eye style (increasing lash length from short to long from the inner corner to outer corner). Rudely one of the lash lift guys said that my lashes "aren't that long" and tried to push their lash serum product onto me. But most importantly what I received from Sabina is incredibly long lashes that were almost all the same length. After explaining to Sabina that this is not what I wanted/showed her, she then "fixed" my lashes by making the outer corners even longer and the inner corners almost not noticeably shorter. I wanted her to fix them again but she said we were out of time and had another client waiting. I'm quite upset because I expected this to be a special experience and it wasn't. read more

Went here to get lash extensions for my wedding and I saw Anita. She was really great at explaining the process and giving me my options and did an amazing job on my lashes. I did the full natural classic and they are perfect. I highly recommend Anita, she was very sweet, too! The place overall is clean and calming to walk into. Make sure to take advantage of the new client special of 30% off any full lash set (special is applied when you pay at checkout in person). read more

I have been searching for a great brow place for so long, and I finally found it!! I swear Thomas is magical! He is so quick, but meticulous and my brows have never looked better. I am fortunate to have a lot of brow to work with, but no matter your brow situation, you'll be in excellent hands. I cannot recommend him enough. As far as the Lash Loft itself - it is a lovely, quiet space and it seems as though everyone there is great at what they do. I have yet to have my lashes done, but I won't hesitate to go there when I'm ready. They truly take their time with their clients to ensure you get the exact look that's best for you. read more

I work in beauty and have tried a few places before finding this gem and I am so beyond happy I found it. Not only are my lashes so beautiful, natural and you can tell that the techs are very skilled in what they do. Also the place is sooo luxe, there is always snacks and drinks for us clients which other places don't have that luxury. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. A++++ * I always check reviews before going somewhere so I hope this helps I'm your decision! read more

Thomas is incredible! I've had lash lifts in the past and never really like them. His work is so amazing. It looks like I have extensions. It's the perfect amount of curl and lift. I highly recommend Lash Loft, and especially Thomas. read more

I've been to both locations and have always been happy with the results. The place is always clean, and they even provide complimentary water and snacks. I always get the same service (classic full set cat-eye) and the results have been consistently great. The main reason why I'm writing this review (I don't write reviews) is because I have been very pleased with their customer service. I've had to contact them twice, the first time because I got an allergic reaction (I'm allergic to almost everything so I doubt they were to blame), and the second time to request adjustments to my lashes (the day after I got them done). On both occasions I received excellent customer service, and my concerns were taken care of immediately. Overall my experience with this establishment had been excellent. I will definitely come back and I totally recommend it. Shout out to Fernanda at the Flatiron location. She can create an amazing cat-eye! read more

I had a very positive experience at The Lash Loft Midtown. Jessica was awesome and the entire place was welcoming and clean. I want to update my review. Meredith is now doing lash lifts. If you're not on board with extensions but want long curled lashes, this is the way to go. No harm is done to your lashes and suddenly your eyes are much more open and attractive. It is life changing. I recommend Meredith 100% as she is careful and takes the time to explain the easy and non invasive procedure. read more

Elina is amazing and my eyelashes look gorgeous! I don't need to do my eye makeup every morning anymore. I highly recommend her.

The staff was amazing! Got my eybrows threaded by Ashley and she did an amazing job. Would 100% recommend !

I don't get my lashes done regularly, but on occasions or vacation etc I love to get extensions. I usually go To another salon (that do a great job) but they were busy this time on the day I wanted to get my lashes done , so based on quick Google search I picked up Lash Loft. And let me tell you that I am so glad I went here! Fernanda at the Lash Loft flat iron did a phenomenal job! I love my lashes! I got the glamour hybrid and they look so pretty, they look like I got natural long and thick lashes without looking fake. I am coming back again here from now on! Thanks Fernanda and Lash Loft! read more

I appreciate the owner's response to my original review. But I'll pass, thank you. While the location, Flatiron, is trendy (and a bit touristy), and the space is nicely decorated (5 chandeliers for one ceiling), I got the impression of a hard, aggressive sales-focused business. I was led into a large back room with many dividers that separated many beds. I overheard the tech next to me telling her client about a 30% discount for new clients when she had asked about the price of a particular set. I wasn't offered a discount, and it was my first time going there. I didn't inquire about the price of the set suggested to me by the tech, but nor was I expecting to pay over 120. With the tip, it was about 150. Which is the most I've paid for mediocre looking lashes. The tech herself was a very sweet person. I get the sense the employees at eye lash places could be similar to nail salons, overworked and pressured to up sell. At front desk, I was asked if I wanted to book my refill appointment. I was asked if I wanted to purchase an eyelash serum. Part of the reason I go to nail and eyelash salons, spas, and such self-care pampering places is for the respite from obnoxious aggressive salesy businesses. Thank you. read more

So I started getting my lashes done last summer so I'm no connoisseur. With that being said, I thought I give this place a try because I usually get them done at a price point of 60$ which is the not so glamorous BUT my lashes always come out good and last. Decided to try this place out since it's at a higher price point so I figured my lashes would be exquisite. The place is very beautiful and clean. They have an option of wine and water as well as an assortment of snacks to nibble on. I just wasn't really impressed by the job that they did. First time I went my lashes fell off within 72 hours. I got them done again and it lasted no more than 2 weeks. As in it was completely off by the second week. I'm probably going to go back to my original place because it's worth the price and value. read more

I'm writing this review almost 6 weeks to the day after getting a full glamour set using a Gilt City voucher. My eyelashes are still getting compliments and I've used mascara only once (on just one eye) since I had them installed. I've only had eyelash extensions twice before, but I'd definitely say this was my best experience thus far. The waiting area is comfortable and separate from the service area, they offer snacks and complimentary water and it's in a fairly central part of Manhattan. Candi was gentle and took her time to make sure my lashes looked awesome. I described what I wanted without knowing the exact length and curl type and she was still able to deliver. I'm rating The Lash Loft 4 stars instead of 5 for just a few reasons - #1. weekend or after work appointment times were tough to secure, and Lord knows you need a job to afford this place because it's kind of pricey (reason #2). I'm contemplating going back even though I don't have another voucher (with the voucher + tax + tip I paid around $110), but (#3.) it would be great if they had some sort of referral program - ie. refer someone and once they book their first service offer a discount to the person that referred them. I can't tell y'all how many friends and co-workers I've shared Lash Loft's info with in the last 6 weeks and it'd be nice to see a benefit from that. Overall, give it a try - especially if you can find a deal. And if they start using a referral program, tell them Nicole B. sent you ;). read more

My lashes tech recently retired, so I had to go through the process of locating a new tech. I came across the lash loft. It's a nice place. I would give it a second try but with a different lash tech. The young lady was nice, but there were a few boxes for me that went unchecked. Being that this was my first time at their location, the lashes tech had not discussed the style and shape options first that you normally do as new client. I initiated a few comments on my likes and dislikes because I wasn't sure that I selected the appropriate package. She said yes. When she was done, she didn't hand me a mirror to view the finished results. I stood up to view the lashes on the wall. I really didn't enjoy the experience, felt like a rushed process, and I felt like my lashes were basic for the amount that I spent. I see the other reviews, and I want to like this place, so I will try again with a different lashes tech and I hope that I have better experience because I truly don't feel like shopping around. read more

Been wanting to come here ever since my former coworker mentioned it to me. Also, I noticed how full, natural, and lengthy her eyelashes were. So I finally got around to booking an appointment for a "Full Natural Classic Set". As a first timer, I was able to receive this service for $99 as opposed to $150, which I was excited about. This place has such an intimate feel; refreshments and sweets available upon available in the waiting area. Soft plush pillows and sheets are also provided at your leisure. The technician throughly explained all options as far as length, fullness, and shape were concerned prior to starting. I decided to do a cat eye and 11 inches as my longest length being that it was my first visit. I was happy with how natural my lashes looked and even more impressed on how long they lasted (3 weeks); the lash brushes given to me at the end came in handy. This establishment is very precise when it comes to time. It's best to get there at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to settle in and to avoid delaying the technician's following appointment. Each session takes about an hour, therefore if you're late (which I was prior to this visit), you're forced to reschedule. All in all, it's worth the trip and price if you're going for a natural look and longevity purposes. The recent steam pipe explosion within the area did concern me and ultimately prevented me from booking a follow up appointment. However, in due time, I'll pay The Lash Loft a visit once again. read more

So I've been looking for a new place to get my lashes done and Lash Loft came highly recommended. Besides my amazing experience w. Lash Tech Candy, this space is beautiful and well equipped to follow guidelines through this time of dealing w. COVID. There was only one other guest at the time of my appointment and we were in completely separate spaces. As for my lashes, I fell asleep! The Lash Loft is very clean and the front desk and technician were super nice! However, 11-12 of my lash extensions fell out overnight on the first night (I followed all instructions and didn't get them wet with water or workout for 48 hours) and more continued to fall out. They were basically all gone after a week. I've had good luck with lash extensions staying on in the past from other salons, but I did everything the same with these to preserve them, but they still fell out. I was really disappointed since it was not cheap. I emailed the next day with a photo of the lashes that had fallen out, but did not receive a response, which I found disappointing since the service was good in person. read more
