I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides. She was very meticulous & checked in with me a couple times, making adjustments to make sure I was happy with the final result. Also, I liked that she wore a mask. The waxing was pretty painless (though of course the area was quite red for a while after). Efficient & good work done here! And a nice open space, quite minimalist with the waxing done by the walls.

I went in with the goal of getting an eyebrow lamination with no prior research. I asked soooo many questions and was met with honest suggestions, you could tell they aren't money hungry and care about their clients. They started with threading where she asked me how I typically like the shape to look (I'm never asked that, so I was shocked). Then, she made them thinner so the lamination would look natural. I have a sparse tail, so she advised me to get them tinted as well, but I chickened out lol (I'll get it tinted next time) Eventually, I decided I also wanted a lash lift just to try it out. She (I wish I remember her name) took me to the back room and explained every step she was doing with my lashes. The room was relaxing enough to the point where I fell asleep. The lash lift took an hour, then she began laminating my brows . After the treatment, she gave me the do's and don'ts for maintenance. We briefly discussed lash length, and then she applied the lashes. I mentioned that I had once had a TERRIBLE reaction to glue, and she said that no one had reported a problem with theirs. It was a black bottle, so likely the same glue that didn't give me problems previously. It's a small, very clean, cute salon with a couple of chairs and two technicians. The lash application was very quick and expert! I have only had individual lashes previously, and they took much longer. The cluster lashes were done in maybe 15-20 minutes. I thought that the lashes were very dramatic, but neither my very observant mother nor my brother mentioned them. Weird. They mostly lasted for a little over two weeks, which is pretty standard. My only complaint is that lashes were not applied at the corners of my eyes. The technician said something about something--I didn't quite catch it. I wasn't happy not having lashes on the whole eyelid, so applied some of my own once I returned to my house. Much better! I do plan to return, but will insist on lashes all the way to the outer corners :)
