Ven (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) gave me a wonderful relaxing service. I had the delux pedicure. The service included hot steam that felt so good. Ven is knowledgeable and gave me her full attention. You must schedule an appointment to see her. Mondays are best. She has been in this space for 6 months or so. My favorite Nail Salon! Everyone here is AMAZING! They are all super nice and sweet! I have been coming here since they first opened. I've never seen the male boss the first two people were talking about.... On top of that the most of the girls' English is superb! A lot better than many other places I have been too! Abaolute worst. I got a pedicure and a fill here because it was late in the day, I was close to this location and had just broken my nail. The pedicure was fine but the fill looks awful. She did 4 coats of nail polish and globbed it on my nail. The acrylic is super thick. On top of that the nail lady was rude. How could Beauty Nails get these bad reviews. I'd say the only thing their guilty of is just being simple. They don't know how to do over the top paint jobs. I've been going since 2006 and once I started I don't go anywhere else. My Pedi's last a month or like now its been 5-weeks but only problem is toes growing too long now. My nail shellacs stay on too long and I just started getting tips again and I'm on my 3rd week with no problems. Did you ever think they don't talk to you cause they don't speak good English so instead of stressing you out and them their just a lil quiet? OR... maybe (you set off bad vibes cause you walked in there looking for something wrong??) PLEASE STOP lying on these folks and just don't go and let those of us that enjoy Beauty Nails in OUR neighborhood enjoy the experience. I tried. I really did. I had seen the reviews on this place and had never gone even though I live right next door. But I just needed a basic manicure without color. I had gotten dip polish on my nails prior to this and needed it removed. So I went in and said I need the dip polish removed and just a basic manicure without color or anything. First off, I walked in to see them not wearing masks. One woman was, but the one doing my nails was not. The manicure itself was going just fine, until she started doing my cuticle and she cut one. Which would normally be fine, it happens! But she laughed.. then super glued it. I'm fine with super gluing it because I know that's normal, but not the laughing. When it got to the massage portion where the rub your hands and arms, it lasted about 15 seconds between both arms. By the time she was finished (about 15 minutes) my nails were filed unevenly and WAY too low. They are filed to the point that it hurts to wash my hands because it burns. I thought I would be alright since I was having something so simple done, that did not even require them to paint my nails. But, I will definitely not go back. So sad! read more

I stopped by on a whim. I will never go back. I got a pedicure. It was extremely rushed; seemed liked I got my feet wet with just a paint job. They only had two customers in the building. However, the salon was filthy! The girl that helped me was extremely rude! She didn't say hardly anything to me and spent the whole hour yelling to the girls in the back. Expensive Low Quality Service. I wanted just a basic mani and pedi and it cost me $60. Of course they tried to sell me the packages they have in order to raise the cost. When i looked over these packages, it was basically the services i used to pay $60 for so i thought " ok, what did I pay for?". The lady working on my basic mani and pedi seemed a little irritated that i did'nt buy a package. She used very little nail polish, she used so little lotion that it began to hurt when she was rubbing my hands and arms. I ended up yanking my arms away and said ouch! To top it off, my nail polish began to chip off only 2 days after the service. I have noticed that most nail salons were not the greatest before the pandemic but have gone down even lower in quality since the pandemic ended, its not worth the money anymore. Not too long ago, my daughter contracted a foot fungus at v nails in Puyallup. Ladies, save your money and learn how to do your own nails at home. read more

I went in and had dip polish done on my nails during the time I was there I had to ask the girl 3 times to fix one of my nails because it was way longer than the rest she finally did and then she proceeded to put the finish top coat in my nails and I have never had anyone while doing a dip polish in my nails tell me the top coat will take 7 minutes to dry it has ALWAYS been done with the UV light and makes the nail stronger and harder to last longer. I tried to question why I was waiting instead of the UV light being used and she got up and walked to the back before I could even get the question out of my mouth. At the end I went to pay and had gotten 2 pedicures for my husband and I and I got gel polish on my toes and got my dip polish nails done and when she told me the price I simply just asked how much were my nails so that when and if I decided to come back and with my friend I would know what to tell her the price and at first she ignored me so my husband had to abruptly speak and and say hello she asked a question to which she finally turned around and said oh you got gel polish on toes and tips for nails and kept running off things with an attitude. At this point I was upset and had then and there decided I would NEVER come back I had ignore the multiple times of me telling her to fix the one nail and I had ignored the non use of UV light but now I was angry! Then after 4 hours with my nails I get home and barely knock my nail on the counter when I pulled a paper towel off the rack and my nail chipped and broke! THIS IS WHY YOU USE THE UV LIGHT TO BAKE THE POLISH ON THE NAIL TO MAKE IT HARDER SO A SMALL BUMP DOESN'T BREAK YOUR NAIL! I called to see about getting it fixed and they do not close until 7:30 and I called at 4:58 to ask if they could fix it and was told oh sorry we have a customer can you come in tomorrow?!? I told her no today is my off day and I work tomorrow and can't and she was like oh well sorry then.....it was 4:58 you have A customer and don't close until 7:30 but cannot fix my nail that broke from a small bump 4 hours after being done?!? I pay a lot of money to you guys today and I will NEVER waste my money there again! You need to learn customer service number one and number two quality of your work!!! Unless you are getting acrylic avoid this place. Their manicures and pedicures are short lived. My pedicure was chipping after 2 days. I got a Shellac manicure, which is supposed to last 2 weeks, mine lasted 4 days and I wasn't even tough on them. It seems like they take short cuts and use off-brand color and don't cure the polish for the correct amount of time. When I went to have mine fixed and re-done, the nail tech just painted over the chips. Then, the very next day they started chipping again, I had to remove my entire polish!! Horrible! They converse with each other in their language too and speak minimal English making the experience a bit uncomfortable. read more

Let me make this clear....this place deserves zero *stars* but since it wont let you do that i had to give 1 *star* to be able to review them. This place is HORRIBLE. I ended up here by mistake. I was out of town away from my usual salon and needed a fill. I had my directions mixed up and ended up on the wrong side of the hwy. I assumed i was at the place i had intended to go. WRONG. Worst wrong turn ever. My nails are terrible looking, lifting around edges and extremely sore. I left with 2 bloody fingers from her inability to use a dremel properly. I had my "fill" 4 days ago and will be going to have them redone somewhere else as soon as they don't hurt to touch. Having my fingers sawed off with a butter knife would have been more pleasurable than having a fill at this dump. I question this womans experience. I have had nails for 20 years and have NEVER seen someone fill your nails the way this place did. Not to mention the "spa" is filthy dirty and the lady who did my nails (I assume the owner) was rude, rough and unsociable. I was charged 25$ for my fill, which is reasonable but I was then charged an extra 5$ for a top coat. Who does that?! Since when did you pay extra for a clear coat of polish??? After a year getting my nails done there every couple weeks or so I had enough! In different occasions my gel nails would mess up almost immediately after I got it done. They claimed that I wasn't positing my fingers correctly under the machine. However, today once again I had to go back to fix it. The same nail polish would not dry, right in front of them!!! So I had to pick a different color. I'm very disappointed, because when I asked them to fix the nails they started to speak to each other in Vietnamese very frustrated. I felt very uncomfortable and being that English is not my native language either I understand that they choose to speak in their native language. However, it was very inappropriate time, since as a customer I just expected a decent service to be provided. Honestly, I speak five languages and I rarely feel uncomfortable by people speaking in a different language, but I've seen they do that to other customers before. Just very unprofessional!!!! Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I desperately needed a fill and didn't want to drive to my regular place. I will definitely be back! The salon isn't fancy, but I am very pleased with my nails. I only had one drawback...after filling in my grow out, she started shaping my nails. I realized that they were thinner than I preferred and I was concerned they would break. When I mentioned it to her, she kept filing, so I asked her if she could make the tips thicker. She seemed perturbed, so I told her I would pay extra if needed (I hate breaking a nail!). She brought the supplies back out and applied more acrylic. Because of this, I expected her to rush through the remaining process (which has happened to me before), but she didn't! She was still very attentive and genuinely ensured I was pleased with the progress as she continued on. In the end, she didn't charge me extra.
