That being said, I see some reviews from 2016-ish that are less than flattering. I know due to client volume, they had a couple of other people who were working there also. I, too, found the outcome to be less than expected. The Experiences I've had with Tim and Mary have been wonderful. If I ever had a concern, it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. Now they have 2 women who only do pedicures and non artificial nails work. I love the pedis I get from them. They are kind and attentive and always very conscientious of my extremely ticklish feet! I say if you have ever left not satisfied... go back, tell them & give them a chance to make it right!

The woman would not give her her shoes till she got her money and my poor aunt walked out in those 10 step flip flops they give you and of course they tore. The woman at the bank took them n threw them away because she didn't want her to trip and hurt herself. My aunt then walked through the streets barefoot and headed back to the Regal Nails to pay. I'm so sad for my 75 year old aunt and think this story should be heard. We've called the corporate head quarters and are hoping something gets done.

The manicure was shellac polish French Manicure. She took her time and was so friendly. However, it's only been a week, and the corners are already chipping off.
