I will say, this place gets busy and it's not often they turn down walk-ins, so keep that in mind. All the ladies are very nice and they will do their very best to give you exactly what you ask for. Since it was a holiday week (July 4), I made an appointment for 9:30 AM and arrived shortly before the salon opened. Neither the tech who did my pedicure nor a different tech who did my manicure bothered to introduce themselves to me. I felt pressured to select my nail color quickly and the entire appointment felt rushed. I was in the foot bath for just a couple of minutes before the tech began my pedicure. She hurried through each step and didn't give much attention to trimming my cuticles or nails, ignoring my ingrown nails entirely. Throughout my pedicure, the tech was constantly stopping to greet walk-in customers and at one point, she became so distracted that she failed to put a base coat on my nails before applying polish. :-( When I go to the nail salon, I want to relax and be pampered. Unfortunately, I didn't feel relaxed or pampered at Aleena Nail Salon so I'll try another salon next time.
