Not only was the pedicure $75 but while getting my cuticles cut the woman ended up cutting me pretty bad. She apologized and went to get nail glue to put over it and the rest of that service was fine.... A man came over to start on my nails and was drilling off the old gel polish while in the pedicure chair and got the shavings all over me. He glued down two tips just to leave in the middle of it when someone else walked in for a pedicure. I received my manicure from a different woman and she was very nice but I had the same problem with the cut cuticles from her as well. With her it was due to the nail drill, and it happened on almost every finger. My end total was $160 which has never happened unless I got a design and I only got plain color dip acrylics and gel on my toes. I would go back to have them fix it but honestly I'd rather avoid an infection and let them heal before trying a different salon to help me.

The wash of my hair - she barely did a lather or used shampoo/ conditioner product- I asked for flat iron - she just grabbed a few pieces of hair - she didn't take the time to clip up the hair and do in layers like my other stylist in LA . I even told her she was really fast - and she replied "oh really ". I am definitely not returning and maybe I should speak up at time of service but ultimately it's the stylists job to provide a good service and not give the bare minimum that includes an up charge .

The woman would not give her her shoes till she got her money and my poor aunt walked out in those 10 step flip flops they give you and of course they tore. The woman at the bank took them n threw them away because she didn't want her to trip and hurt herself. My aunt then walked through the streets barefoot and headed back to the Regal Nails to pay. I'm so sad for my 75 year old aunt and think this story should be heard. We've called the corporate head quarters and are hoping something gets done.

Each time, she has made me feel like my very basic nails are such a burden on her. She sighs frequently and will rush through the process. She rushed me while picking out a color (because they were out of my first three color choices so she was getting annoyed). When you walk in, there is no customer service etiquette. They all just stare at you blankly until you initiate conversation, then they sigh and act like they are burdened you arrived. Unfortunately this is one of the only places in town so I will try again but will request a different tech.
