I liked how she asked me questions throughout to make sure I was satisfied with what she was doing. Sidney was also really nice and very easy to have a conversation with. The interior of the nail salon looks very clean and new so it was a relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I didn't care for was that there were some ladies getting their nails done and they were cursing a lot and the nail techs assisting them started using the same language. Since they were talking loud and I don't swear (my appointment was a couple hours after I came home from church) it was unfortunate that I had to hear their conversation. I was thankful that there were no kids in there. I can't recall being at another salon (hair or nail) and having that experience.

The nail technicians and the owner have always been really nice to me and I've received good service every time. When it comes to getting my nails done, I honestly just want to be in and out as quickly as possible. The salon doesn't have much of an ambiance but it is clean, which to me is more important when it comes to a nail salon! They have a lot of colors and different nail applications. For a while I used to do gel polish all the time and they have a huge library of colors including color-changing gel polish which I always received compliments on. However, I didn't like how gel polish would chip easily and eventually peel. I've since changed to dip-power and am in love! This place has a lot of dip powder colors to choose from and takes about the same time as getting a gel polish/manicure.

My pedicure was rushed and I did not get square cut like I asked. My nails looked ok so I paid and left. Once I got home and really looked, I was disappointed with the shape and look of my nails. It is now 7/7 and my thumb nail is lifted underneath and I have a bunch of hardened acrylic under my nails on both hands. I was there for over three hours and did not receive satisfactory service. So I went in today (7/7) and politely asked for a refund. They insisted on fixing my nails and I said did not want them to fix it. That I did not have a good experience and would prefer to just have a refund. They refused. When I asked why I could not get a refund they said they don't do that. There is no sign up that says no refund. They could see and agreed that my nails were not looking good but still refused a refund. So I left.

When she applied the polish, it looked very sheer rather than the deep matte color I selected.
