I wouldn't go to any other salon or person, for she is the best in the service. She is always listening to your needs and will tell you the truth about your ideas. As a business owner, she is great. Erica is a wonderful person whose shop in Paw Paw is a nice place to get a cut; I've used her…read moreservices for several years. She's very amiable and the pride she has for her family is great to see (she's going to have a new little one). She gives a military discount and maintains a wonderful cutting of your hair; she does have other's working there and her business has grown vigorously. Unfortunately, several times that I tried to call to get an appointment over the space of 3 weeks, nobody called back after 3 follow up attempts (she did during another request earlier on, DID call and leave a message, but I told her when I responded that I couldn't cause I was out of Town) and messages left. This has happened before and I brought it to her attention; I tried her remedy and still the problem wasn't able to schedule. She uses an online service to do the bulk of her scheduling, but depending on my symptoms (Parkinsons), it can be very difficult for me to use ...writing this on a good day. I am sad that I am going to have to find a new barber. Go see Erica and judge for yourself - but she's very busy.
