I have bad social anxiety so after that I stoped. she asked if I wanted silver glitter I said no blue and she continued with silver. and she kinda did her own little design and didn't give me a glitter French. the design just isn't what I wanted. in the process of putting acrylics on she cut small chunks of my skin on my middle finger and thumb and made my middle finger on the opposite side bleed and didn't acknowledge it. overall was not satisfied by my experience here.

The interior of the nail salon looks very clean and new so it was a relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I didn't care for was that there were some ladies getting their nails done and they were cursing a lot and the nail techs assisting them started using the same language. Since they were talking loud and I don't swear (my appointment was a couple hours after I came home from church) it was unfortunate that I had to hear their conversation. It is now 7/7 and my thumb nail is lifted underneath and I have a bunch of hardened acrylic under my nails on both hands. I was there for over three hours and did not receive satisfactory service. So I went in today (7/7) and politely asked for a refund. They insisted on fixing my nails and I said did not want them to fix it. That I did not have a good experience and would prefer to just have a refund. They refused. When I asked why I could not get a refund they said they don't do that. There is no sign up that says no refund. They could see and agreed that my nails were not looking good but still refused a refund. So I left.
