The manicure was shellac polish French Manicure. She took her time and was so friendly. However, it's only been a week, and the corners are already chipping off. She applied the polish on my cuticle, so now it's pulled away and is catching in my hair. (I know that's natural growth but I've never had it touching my cuticle before) I've had shellac many times that lasted a month or more. But I'd definitely return for pedicures.

This isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm beyond frustrated. I wasted time, gas, and drove 45 minutes just to not receive my service because there is clearly zero coordination or honesty. I used to be a regular customer, but this experience has completely changed that. The customer service is terrible, and there should absolutely be some kind of resolution for this situation. Extremely disappointed.
