We eventually moved to doing more fun things with my hair. She's still located in Kalamazoo and I'm on the East Side of the state now, but that hasn't stopped me from making a trip to see her to get my hair done. She's the only person I trust with my hair to do a good job. I can be indecisive sometimes with what I want and it's like she reads my mind. I've truly never had a bad experience going to her. She gets the coloring just right and the cut perfect. We usually cut about 6 inches off each time, add layers and thin it out a bit. I'm always so happy leaving and I get so many compliments on my hair. Not to mention Ashley is always so nice and you can tell she just loves what she does. She uses the latest techniques and she does them well. I highly recommend paying her a visit. You won't regret it!

I was in tears and wasn't sure what to do. I ended up at First Impressions. I was scheduled with Lexi. All I can say is thank goodness for that! She agreed it was pretty bad and said she'd never seen hair cut that terrible. My hair was past my shoulders and when I got to her it was right above. She was so kind and took time to listen and really look at my hair to see what she could do. She spent almost two hours fixing this. She tried to keep my length and tried her best to blend it all together. It just wasn't going to happen. I ended up with short hair, but it looked really good. She did such a fabulous job and was so nice about the whole thing. I was able to walk out confident and really ended up liking the style she was able to give me. She is a true gem! They always come out flawless and she has so so so many colors to choose from that are shellac styled. For hair, Hannah is the sweetest and does an excellent job every time. She takes her time at the beginning of every appointment to really talk to me about any changes, what os realistic without causing damage, and gives me her opinion about what she personally think would work for my face when I ask for it. She did my hair and took it out like 6 times, because she said she didn't like it each time....when it was time to do my makeup she put so much highlighter on my face I looked SO greasy. Used light foundation which I needed a little concealer to hide imperfections..Hair looked basic and plain and nothing like I had mentioned to her. Had to go home and wash my makeup off and redo it myself..... all right after my photographer canceled. On another note, a young lady did my daughter's hair and she looked so good!
