NO STARS! WORST SERVICE I've ever experienced at a nail salon!!!! I don't normally write reviews but I seriously don't want anyone to experience what I just experienced today. I am a bride and I have my wedding this Saturday. I came into do my WEDDING nails with my sister "Bridesmaid". This was really the last day we have to get our nails done as we have back to back events to attend before the wedding. We both explained what we wanted. My sister asked for light pastel pink with a Crome finish. I asked for pearl white with gloss and silver stones on my ring fingers. My sister got Barbie pink nails instead and I got not my fingers cut, bumpy nails, no stones, and the worst service I've ever experienced. That wasn't even the worst part. They left my nails with nail polish and Crome finish all over them. They tried to charge me over $170 dollars for my nails and when I showed them my nails and explained why this is not professional service nor should I be charged this amount, they still charged me $80 for nails I didn't want, and they still charged my sister full price. PLEASE DON'T Waste your time coming here. I wasted over 2 and a half hours on this, and now I'm going to have to find out how to fix my nails all over again before my wedding. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting time, became the most unpleasant and stressful experience. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I got my nails done here, and within 72 hours 3 nails broke. They put the dip on so thin that it just falls off after a few days. Huge waste of money. I went in to get 2 of them fix after just ONE DAY and they questioned me and blamed me for hitting my nails on things. She then barely shaped them and shaped them differently than all my other nails. She just seemed pissed I was even there. And then told me they should have told me to come back at a later time, because I didn't make an appointment, when I had literally call that morning and THEY told me to come in when I did. They are so u organized with scheduling. What the heck. They are so unprofessional. I've gotten my nails done for years at a different salon in the city I used to live in and in those 2+ years only had 1 nail break while moving. I had 3 nails break within a few days of getting them done, from opening a window, giving my son a bath and opening a door. It's insane how crappy these nails were done. I also left with dip powder all over my fingers. I will never go back. They charged just as much as my old place that did quality nails too so it's not even like the price fits the crappy quality. Huge waste of money and the fact that the nails didn't even last 3 days, I should get a full refund. I've never had such a bad experience. read more

I've gone to the salon consistently for the past 9 months and always hoping that the next set will be better than the last. Each time I am never completely satisfied at how my nails last. I've tried shellac, dip, acrylics and their technique never seems to last for more than two weeks. My shellac chips easily; the dip cracks/chips, and acrylics peel at the edges and nearly fall off. My most recent set only last two days before my first nail chipped; they allowed me come and get it repaired. However, the thickness wasn't the same which meant the color of the dip didn't match the rest. Now, 9 days later 7 of my nails have chips or cracks in them. I've have similar luck with pedicures not lasting more than a week too. I've continued to go back because of the genuine nature, aesthetic and cost; however, now feeling I need to find somewhere else. read more

I was seeking a unique opportunity to welcome our new daughter-in-law into our family, so I scheduled a Saturday appointment for my 3 adult daughters, existing daughter-in-law (and mom to a newborn-in-tow), where we could all be together for a rare, 'girls day out' madi-pedi. We arrived on time, and the staff was not only ready for us, they were extremely welcoming, accommodating, and professional. The salon itself was clean, sanitizing processes were routinely performed while we were there, and quite simply - the staff of 4 that day worked like a well-oiled machine, shifting between us. They not only supported our party of 6, but also several other clients that came while we were there. I'm so pleased to say that our experience could not have been better. My pedicure turned out fine. The facility was clean and comfortable That's where my two stars end. The young American girl who did my toes did not say ONE word to me the entire time. She even took a phone call quietly while wearing ear buds. I suspect she was listening to music the entire time too. This is a customer service based business and I'm so disappointed in my experience. Its too Bad because a few kind words or a "hi, I'm X, how has your day been" would have gone a long way. read more

We had Tammy, Angela and, Jahaida they were all great. They did a thorough pedicure/manicure which is hard to get most places! Everyone was friendly. We had appointments for 6 and they got us in and started right away which is also hard to find. This is our new go-to salon! read more

I live pretty close to this salon but this was our first visit. I'm not a manicure pedicure person but I'd been promising my eight year old she could get her nails done. We arrived around noon on a Saturday. We were greeted right away, he gave her her options and she quickly picked a color. We went with a shellac manicure with a couple flower designs. He got right to work. Whole process took about 30 minutes and her nails came out great, details on the flowers are incredible. Total cost was $16! This did include a 10% discount since we were paying with cash. Very reasonable prices! The whole time we were there other employees were cleaning, sweeping, refilling stations. Shop overall was very clear. As we we were getting ready to leave it was starting to get busy, I'd recommend coming before noon on the weekend or making an appointment. I have never written a review in my long life but something happened today that needs to be talked about My friend brought in two children to the salon. First: waited an hour past their scheduled appointment time Second: (and most distressing) the worker refused to work on the children. One child has a sensory disorder so she wanted both feet out of the soaker tub (extremely difficult for a kiddo with sensory disorder to have one foot in a tub of water and one foot out). The worker said he refused to work on this child...then he looked at the other child and said to her "I remember her from the last time and I refuse to work on her too because she takes a long time to get her nails done" But they told the mom they would be happy to do the moms nails and take her money Obviously she refused and left and had a FAR superior experience at a different nail salon Hey family nail salon...how about you take the word "family" out of your title! A better way to handle the situation would be to talk with your customer and find out the best way to do the girls nails. Perhaps she would recommend skipping the water spa and other extras and focus on getting the nails done I don't know how to tell you to fix the fact that your employee very much embarrassed the other little girl by saying "oh I remember her from last time and we won't do her nails". Who says that kind of thing to a small child??? Unbelievable! If you can't handle children with mild sensory disorders then you shouldn't advertise as a family nail salon! And an hour wait...well that is just a bad business model. Hopefully you get your act together...find some compassion...and treat your customers better read more

I have been here when they closed and personally have seen the staff sanitize every square inch of the salon! I am always impressed by how clean the salon is. I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. I have never left here less than satisfied. The staff does great with designs which is hard to find and everyone is so kind! Love, Love, Love. Tami is the best. They are always so inviting and try to accommodate me in getting me in sometimes last minute. I have been there many nights late, past closing and I never feel rushed, the more I go the more like family it feels. The fact that they are so close is wonderful but they do a fantastic job. I always receive compliments on my nails. At work, people are always wondering what design Tami came up with now. I only wish they were able to be open on Sundays or later on Saturdays. read more
