I liked how she asked me questions throughout to make sure I was satisfied with what she was doing. Sidney was also really nice and very easy to have a conversation with. The interior of the nail salon looks very clean and new so it was a relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I didn't care for was that there were some ladies getting their nails done and they were cursing a lot and the nail techs assisting them started using the same language. Since they were talking loud and I don't swear (my appointment was a couple hours after I came home from church) it was unfortunate that I had to hear their conversation. I was thankful that there were no kids in there. I can't recall being at another salon (hair or nail) and having that experience.

They up charged me for having "additional" ( long) hair after the service . The wash of my hair - she barely did a lather or used shampoo/ conditioner product- I asked for flat iron - she just grabbed a few pieces of hair - she didn't take the time to clip up the hair and do in layers like my other stylist in LA . I even told her she was really fast - and she replied "oh really ". I am definitely not returning and maybe I should speak up at time of service but ultimately it's the stylists job to provide a good service and not give the bare minimum that includes an up charge .

Not only was the pedicure $75 but while getting my cuticles cut the woman ended up cutting me pretty bad. She apologized and went to get nail glue to put over it and the rest of that service was fine.... A man came over to start on my nails and was drilling off the old gel polish while in the pedicure chair and got the shavings all over me. He glued down two tips just to leave in the middle of it when someone else walked in for a pedicure. I received my manicure from a different woman and she was very nice but I had the same problem with the cut cuticles from her as well. With her it was due to the nail drill, and it happened on almost every finger. My end total was $160 which has never happened unless I got a design and I only got plain color dip acrylics and gel on my toes. I would go back to have them fix it but honestly I'd rather avoid an infection and let them heal before trying a different salon to help me.

My pedicure was rushed and I did not get square cut like I asked. My nails looked ok so I paid and left. Once I got home and really looked, I was disappointed with the shape and look of my nails. It is now 7/7 and my thumb nail is lifted underneath and I have a bunch of hardened acrylic under my nails on both hands. I was there for over three hours and did not receive satisfactory service. So I went in today (7/7) and politely asked for a refund. They insisted on fixing my nails and I said did not want them to fix it. That I did not have a good experience and would prefer to just have a refund. They refused. When I asked why I could not get a refund they said they don't do that. There is no sign up that says no refund. They could see and agreed that my nails were not looking good but still refused a refund. So I left.
