I took their online quiz and got 3 matches, but none of them had availability on the day I wanted. I ended up scheduling with Lynzie Quintero. I messaged Lynzie to ask about dimensional (babylight) coloring prices and they were sadly out of my current budget. I did switch that service out for the K-18 treatment which I've never done before. Lynzie was great throughout the appointment and very supportive of the questions I asked and patient with my inspo pictures. I came in after reading several reviews about her expertise in cutting Asian hair at an affordable price. I went in with my standard request: long layers and curtain bangs. Going into a hair salon, I always have an inspo pic in hand, but I know not to expect an exact match. Although there's a bit of a language barrier (I'm not sure if Windy speaks fluent English), I trusted her with the process, and she delivered. I wasn't sure how I felt about the shorter length, but after a few days, I'm pretty content with the outcome.
