She also went over the recommended "after care" for the different areas she waxed (not just my face) and gave me sample products with additional after care instructions. For those afraid the waxing will "hurt", it's not super comfortable, but Nichole puts you right at ease and does her very best to make it as comfortable as possible. I did not "hurt" in anyway shape or form. Nichole is my new go to for waxing. I'm really glad I found her. Nichole uses a wax I was not familiar with, I've gone to more than one place in my time; but she knew her products and was quick to tell me what to expect.

She explained everything to me clearly and outlined what I needed to do to ensure my tan would last. She even offered to touch up any areas that didn't look right the following day. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. After drying, I walked out into a puff of smoke from front desk girl and another young girl. I could have done without that. But, all in all a pretty good experience. Perhaps an on-site owner or manager would have prohibited the questionable behavior. I'd definitely go back for the spray tan. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. So I wait some time in between my tans, return a week later...and still no AC! Once again, I made the trip down there and the salon had no AC and was still just as miserable. Now I know that broken AC happens, but if they are going to use Facebook to update their clients on the store statuses, they should have warned people about the AC before people make the drive.
