Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Update: the owner is an amazing person! Really took time out of his day to apologize for my inconvenience. I wish I could just give the owner 5 stars.

I can not say enough good things about Nichole and her business. Nichole reviewed the waxing procedures with me along with the products she was going to use and where. She also went over the recommended "after care" for the different areas she waxed (not just my face) and gave me sample products with additional after care instructions. For those afraid the waxing will "hurt", it's not super comfortable, but Nichole puts you right at ease and does her very best to make it as comfortable as possible. I did not "hurt" in anyway shape or form. Nichole is my new go to for waxing. I'm really glad I found her. Nichole uses a wax I was not familiar with, I've gone to more than one place in my time; but she knew her products and was quick to tell me what to expect.

She took extra time to get the blackheads out of my nose and even pluck my eyebrows. Samantha said that the five element facial which is one hour long is the best for combination skin because she can make recommendations on what is best for my skin. If I went the anti-aging route, then she could only use that line. This place is located right off West St, very close to downtown Annapolis. The place is super cute and has a place to relax in super comfy robes and you can drink tea. Parking might be an issue but I got lucky and found a spot right out front. It is pricey but once again you have remind yourself that it is a "treat yo self" kinda place. Can't wait to come back!

The staff is very nice. All the employees that I've met there have been very polite and helpful. The facility is new and the tanning beds are clean. The only downside is that sometimes they are very busy and there won't be someone at the front counter when you walk in. This is likely because they are in the back cleaning beds. Overall, I love coming here, everyone is nice, the place is clean and I would recommend it to anyone looking to tan in Annapolis.

They then charge you $60 a month for a tanning membership and if you wish to cancel, they can't cancel your account until the end of the month because "it just doesn't work that way". The lady at the front desk was absolutely incompetent and has spent way too much time watching the real housewives. I also just learned that when you request you cancel, they try and scam you into placing your account into a "freeze status" in which they charge you $7.50 a month to keep it on hold so that you do not have to repay the $75 activation fee if you decide to come back one day. They prey on a particular group of people so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself and your wallet.

I purchased a $60 bottle of lotion and discovered it had a faulty pump within minutes. When I brought it to the business's attention to request a refund they refused, even though I hadn't yet left the store and didn't get to use even a drop of product out of the bottle. Instead the worker gave me another bottle of product that looked like it had been used. Less than a week later I again tried to use the replacement bottle of lotion at the same business, and the pump has the same issue as the first. Despite the obvious flaw that makes the product unusable the owner still refused to refund me. I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of lotion that can't be used. Worst of all, the first faulty bottle is right back on the shelf waiting to rob another person of their hard-earned $60.

Although they seem to be popular, there never really seems to be a line. They also offer great specials, which is what led me here in the first place. The staff is mediocre at best, don't expect much more than a "hi, whats your last name?" when you walk in. My big complaint deals with a recent issue. Sunkissed is usually great about updating their facebook with specials, closing information, new hours, you name it. However, I was extremely disappointed to make the trip down to Calvert County to the Dunkirk salon to learn that the AC was broke(this was almost two weeks ago now?). There was no warning on facebook at all, which I believe it should have been. So I tanned, and was only able to do a few minutes due to the heat in the building and the bed. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. So I wait some time in between my tans, return a week later...and still no AC! Once again, I made the trip down there and the salon had no AC and was still just as miserable. Now I know that broken AC happens, but if they are going to use Facebook to update their clients on the store statuses, they should have warned people about the AC before people make the drive.
