They then charge you $60 a month for a tanning membership and if you wish to cancel, they can't cancel your account until the end of the month because "it just doesn't work that way". The lady at the front desk was absolutely incompetent and has spent way too much time watching the real housewives. I also just learned that when you request you cancel, they try and scam you into placing your account into a "freeze status" in which they charge you $7.50 a month to keep it on hold so that you do not have to repay the $75 activation fee if you decide to come back one day. They prey on a particular group of people so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself and your wallet.

So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Next day (prerinse) I looked a bit Cheeto-y, but after I rinsed off my color was great and I didn't have any splotches or "dirty" looking spots which I usually see on my hands/feet with booth sprays. I didn't remove my under garments, but I think had I needed to for coverage it didn't sound like that would have been an issue. I deducted a star because London mentioned that they plan to remove the basic (the tan I got) which is a bummer because for the price it's great coverage and it's the perfect price point if you're in a lot (5!!) weddings in a year and need to keep budget in mind.
