(which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. I am pale so I have to ease into my 20 min. On my 4th visit, I asked for 15 min. The associate put me in for 20. That night, I was burned and had severe stripes. So the associate did not listen and I have stripes. This tells me the bulbs were not all the same strength and not sure if this bed was serviced. Needless to say, I don't want to be striped in a strapless wedding dress. Service recovery was mediocre. I went in to complain the first time at 10:30am (the store was to open at 9am). The store was closed. I went back that afternoon and was told the manager would call me. A week later no call, I called back. The manager finally called me, left message and blamed her employee for not calling me. She offered me another week complimentary over the phone. I went in when the manager said she was working, reintroduced myself, and explained my complaint. The manager did not seem to care nor apologize for her employee putting me in for too long, nor for me being burnt and striped. I asked for my money back because I am not sure I want to subject my skin to this recklessness again. She said she couldn't do that at first and after asking for the owners name and the company that services her beds, she gave me my money back. Some take away for the manager and employees: own your mistakes, don't pass the buck to your employees to handle your business, listen to your clients on the time they want to be in a bed, service your beds especially number 7 and make sure your employees are at work on time. I did get my money back so this was resolved, but I would never go back to this salon.

They prey on a particular group of people so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself and your wallet.
