Only haircut I felt comfortable asking them for was a 2 on the sides, scissor cut the top. Haircuts always felt rushed and didn't seem like they took their time to make everything blend. Most recently I asked for a taper. I showed the gentleman a picture and video of my hair from another haircut. He quickly nodded and agreed. He then proceeded to shave my head and scissor cut the top. Haircut was done in about 5 minutes. I asked if he could continue blending it, which he agreed to, but all of my hair had been shaved with a 2 guard. Looks like I'm getting sent to bootcamp. Very unhappy with the barbers inability to follow directions and be detail orientated. Will not be going back.

Christina asked me to complete a skin questionnaire upon my arrival, and at the beginning of the appointment, she assessed my skin carefully (but without the judgmental comments that I unnecessarily had feared) and recommended the facial that she thought would be best for me. Each step of the way throughout the facial, Christina explained what she was doing, and she also provided helpful skin tips and insights. She truly took her time, and she clearly took pride in providing quality, individualized care to me (and to her clients overall, I would think).
