Despite switching my appointment last minute (one hour notice) to a remote visit because of the doctor's illness, the customer service was very good. I specifically noted that I had not been notified my contacts were in the previous year and she promised to contact me. A month after my appointment, I check the website. It says my contacts are not in and to give them more time. Finally I call the office. They take a full 24 hours to get back to me to let me know they are in. I pick them up and the bag is dated as arriving one week after my appointment and lists "first patient notification" for the same day. Nope. And no apology or acknowledgment of this ridiculous oversight and poor service.

Most eye problems are caused by stress and the type of food we eat. Buy physiology textbook and study the eye, the brain and our body. These so called eye doctors and doctors in general only treat symptoms, not the cause.

She then went to Quick Fix last week with her Bvlgari prescription frame - broken at the hinge. Chris had to dig a slightly larger channel because of the size of the hardware to accommodate the replacement hinge. Not only was he able to do all that, but he was able to do it all within an hour while she waited. Total cost $54....and they look perfect.
