I had an eye examine and order my glasses in July 2025. Picked them up and realized while working the lenses were NOT what I order and my vision was compromised. Took the glasses back within a week. I called multiple times over the past several months and was consistently told - we don't k own when they will be ready!! It is now October 2025 and I am just getting my correct lenses. Exceptional visit with the folks at Pearle today. I've been looking for a new eye doctor, and especially one that is experienced with hard-to-fit contact lenses. I have an astigmatism, and an ever-strengthening prescription, which makes it a bit challenging to find contact lenses that both fit comfortably and give me the crisp, sharp vision that I need and expect. My Yelp peepsbraided this place pretty highly so I thought I would check it out. I called to inquire about appointments and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had an opening that day and were able to take me in about 2 hours. When I arrive, I was please to find that everyone had masks on, and some of the staff wore gloves as well. there were not very many people inside, and those who were were properly socially distanced. The staff sanitized the equipment before I used it, and I followed up with an additional pass of my own Clorox wipes when all of the seats and surfaces where I sat or placed my belongings. My exam was quick and to the point. There was a plastic face shield between me and the doctor when he examined my eyes which made it a little challenging to breathe, since air wasn't flowing freely through the layer of plastic... However, it was only an uncomfortable few seconds and it's much better than the alternative. I was pleased to learn that the doctor knew all about hard-to-fit contacts and didn't flinch when I told him the difficulties I had with previous brands. He recommended another brand of monthly disposable lenses specifically for patients that have astigmatism, and I was so pleased that they had my prescription in stock. I wore them out of the shop and wow, what a difference! No fuzziness in my periphery and no aggravating glare. From start to finish, the visit took less than an hour, and it felt like it went by even quicker. I was very pleased with the service, the safety protocols, as well as the product. I'm looking forward to coming back to Pearle for all of my future optometric needs. read more

Shoutout to our local community heroes!!! Aaron to took great care of us! Hubby's glasses were all out of whack. Aaron skillfully and knowledgeable reshaped the frame. I was amazed by the precision that it takes to manipulate the metal. He even cleaned them up for me and I was so happy! This venue has always been a safe place for our family. We trust in our relationship, craft, and service. I'm going to schedule our eye appointments soon so I can get new cool frames and keep up with my eye health. Bravo!! read more

Dr. Hussein provided the wrong prescription, so unable to obtain new glasses. Called to have issue resolved and was told that payment would be needed for a new exam. Contacts were provided, but had to wait months just for the right trial pair to arrive. Would not recommend this office at all. A waste of time and money. read more

I was in a contact lense emergency!!! Unfortunately America's best lanham always looses my chart and it's been a long journey trying to just get my rx. ANYWAYS I called around laurel and vision works whoever's answered was kind of rude so against all the stars decided to keep trying. I called Pearle Vision and Danielle who answered was so sweet and helpful. Just all around friendly and great customer service so I decided to take my business here . She helped me order contacts and guess what they come in one day !! I am ecstatic with the quick, thorough help I received here . She even called America's best because the fax that was supposedly sent still wasnt received (in that little bit of time they lost my chart again ! Been going to Pearl Vision for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable about vision care. I went somewhere else a couple years ago (their mascot is an owl) and wasn't thrilled with the experience and being obligated to get 2 pairs of glasses or end up paying for the exam. I can't believe it's taken me 19 years to get around to writing a review. Yes, I've been going there for 19 years. I know I'm going spell his name wrong but Samear, the owner, has been terrific all that time. His staff, which has obviously changed over the years, has been terrific all that time. Pearle Vision is a chain, he is the owner and it feels like a small business. If the lenses aren't quite right they fix them. I wasn't happy with where the line was on my bifocals: they remeasured and replaced them. It took three times to get the earpieces just right. If I ask them if frames look good on me - without my glasses I can't tell - they're entirely honest. "Nope, I think this shape is better." (Sometimes the ones they select for me to try cost less.) 19 years. I owe them an apology. read more

The staff adhered to all social distancing rules. They even have a bin fir you to put glasses that you've touched or tried on so it could be cleaned. The staff is friendly and i was in and out. I'm giving it a four because as I was leaving it seemed crowded. The area is small and social distancing was hard to do. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to get my glasses readjusted. I walked in and the first man that greeted me quickly said I need to walk over and have the lady that was sitting there do it. As I walked over the man got up, laughed and then did it himself. He was obviously trying to make a joke with the lady but it was a waste of my time. He grabs my glasses, asked if they were oakleys and proceeded to tell me I shouldn't be having them adjusted. I said that's weird because I have had oakleys for years and they have no issues adjusting them for me as they expand. He continued to tell me there isn't much he can do for me. The front office staff was rude and I will be going to a different location next time. read more

Pearle Vision is absolutely wonderful! I got an eye exam for a driver's license (same day appointment!) and the optometrist (Dr. Shroff) recommended that I start wearing glasses. They were able to make the new glasses on-site and in about half an hour. I didn't realize how bad my eyesight had gotten until I put on the new glasses. It makes a world of difference! I went here for a routine eye exam. Dr. Robertson was very nice during the exam. She explained what she was doing and troubleshooted issues I mentioned to her. The front line staff was very polite and nice. One problem I had with the store was that the prices quoted to me were significantly high for my lens. So I ended up going to a private provider for my lens. My insurance company explained to me that, that's the case when you go to a retail eye store vs. a private provider. My only issue was I kept asking them did this include my insurance discounts and they assured me they did which I don't think was the case. They also tried to charge me for an extra 30.00 on top of my copay for dilating my eyes which I thought was strange seeing as how I've worn glasses since I was 6 and dilating eyes has ALWAYS been part of the routine eye exam. I made mention of this and they didn't make a fuss at all about me just paying the copay. I guess my advice is to definitely compare prices and be aware of what your insurance covers or you will end up paying hundreds of dollars more for your glasses when you don't need to. read more

I'm only giving two stars because the doctor was nice and the staff was friendly, otherwise they would get one star! I went in July to have my eyes tested, they saw me right away. I wanted to try contacts since the first and last time I had contacts was when I was 17. I STILL don't have my contacts in and it has been 2 months!!! Let alone with the trials they gave me, no one showed me how to put them in and take them out and I had to YouTube it! For Gods sake I told them it had been 10+ years since I wore contacts and didn't really enjoy that experience back then! I will be taking my prescription elsewhere to get filled this place is super slow! read more

The store decor is out dated and they could use some new and clean chairs, but overall my experience with them was great. The doctor spent over an hour making sure that my contacts fit correctly, and when I had a follow up appointment they listened to all of my concerns and tried to address the issue that I was have with the contacts. The staff was very friendly, both doctors that I meant (male and female) were also really nice, and they gave me a discount on my contacts when my insurance barely covered anything. read more
