The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $75 for a service that left my brows looking worse than before, and the way my concerns were brushed off was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They keep deleting my review and somehow yelp is allowing this so I have to keep re-reviewing to hopefully warn others of what could happen if you go here. Here are my befores and after photos. If you go there and you are not sure, she will know what looks good and what will suit each individual. I have been wanting to get my eyebrows for over a year and a half and I was nervous. Veronica made me comfortable and relax. Veronica then draws the eyebrows in by pencil to see the style you are going for and then picks out the color and gives you choices. She knew what was best and really does have an eye for these things. TRUST me! It did not hurt at all! It's amazing! I didn't feel anything on the right eyebrow. The left eyebrow to me felt like tweezing or threading. The reason you would feel it on the left side is because our heart is slightly tilted to the left. I forgot to mention that prior to all this a numbing cream was placed on my eyebrows. The whole appointment was a little under 1 hour from start to finish. I love them so so much! Veronica gave me instructions on how to maintain them for the next couple of weeks and not to worry about flaking. Please make sure not to pick at the flaking when this occurs, as it is only less than a week for when you see the flakes. The show must go on. Veronica even had pictures on how your eyebrows will look from day 1 to day 30. The price is very reasonable and Veronica is the best of the best. She is the creme de la mer. I am heading to my second session in a few days and can't wait. The second session does not cost anything as long as you go within the timeframe given. The website she has shows photos and is very well organized. All the information is on the website. I had set the appointment online prior to coming in. Veronica also emails you and let's you know ahead of time and is very due diligent. Veronica also has her business on social media sites as well for even more references. This unsealed and used product made me lose trust in the company; a massage is a very personal service. I canceled any further service and offered to pay the $11.00 difference between what the massage cost and what I would have paid otherwise. I was told it was their policy to charge the $100.00 cancellation fee, which they hadn't told me that the month before. I would not recommend this place.

I had her do my hair for my wedding and was shocked at the great updo I got. Not because I doubt her skills but because I have the worlds finest hair but even after a full day of things to do and dancing all night my hair was still perfect. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with such an important day. She's also terrific with my constantly changing ideas for haircuts and makes suggestions along the way. The salon also invests in ongoing education for their stylists. It's a local place with lots of the same clientele in there. Most of the stylists have worked their for years and have a great repoire. I always enjoy my visits. I've had highlights, perms, updos and multiple hairstyles/haircuts all successfully and happily completed. The one time I wasn't happy with my hair and tried to live with it and then could get back for weeks, Jamey made a point of reminding me I didn't need to live with it, but should have come in earlier and she would have fixed it. Since I change my hairstyle about every 10-12 months I always give myself 2-4 weeks to adjust to a new style. So it was my own fault I lived with it...but it's nice to hear a stylist say "hey you didn't need to do that, I'd have fixed it for you!!!" By the time I got back to her my hair had grown out and we started fresh and I walked out smiling ear to ear.
