I've tried a couple of different salons over the years but my search is finally over. My first visit I went with a eyelash lift and tint and an eyebrow tint that came out wonderful. Last time I decided to go with a full set of lashes and had my first facial ever! Brianna. Is. Amazing. My skin has never felt so smooth and it was SO relaxing. When it came to the lashes, Brianna took her time to consult with me about the different styles - who knew there were so many?! - and helped me select one that would work well for my eye shape. She gave me instructions on how to care for the lashes and also provided shampoo and a brush to maintain them. Zero irritation and the lashes not only looked amazing but lasted so long! 10/10 experience. If you're looking to spoil yourself with a little "me-time", I highly recommend giving BLS a try!

Brianna is so friendly and quickly makes you feel at home before you even start your service. My dad struggles with ingrown hairs and razor bumps on his face which was no problem for Brianna! She spent more than an hour working on pulling out every hair that she could, which made my dad excited to come back. My dad's ingrown a have been bothering him for years and he's never felt this relieved from them. She tackled mine and my dad's facials in record time and had fun while doing it. It's so refreshing going to a serviced who loves her job! Thank you again Brianna!

So I've now been to Scarlett's twice and my experiences have been great…read more My first experience was for a lash extension, Karina was my technician and walked me through the process as it was my first time. She explained how to care for my lashes, what would be required in terms of a next visit and while the procedure took a little longer than expected it was an amazing result. I returned last night for a different procedure. This time it was for a lash lift and tint, shorter in time and different but Karina was still great. She made sure that the results would speak for themselves and that everything was done right. The owner was very sweet and remembered me and made a point to say hello. A super pretty, very girlie (yes I love it) place to get some pampering done. Hoping to be able to try some of their spa services soon. This place is coming along nicely, give it a shot!

My old salon, Cherry Lash Lounge, was the best. I would go in, sit in my comfy chair and fall asleep. The process was easy and painless. Scarletts has a lot going for it. The salon is nice and clean, but I miss those comfy recliners from Cherry. My back was killing me laying on that flat table and it was cold. 30 minutes in, I was done. The glue they use here is super strong. My eyes were watering for a while from the sting. That has never happened to me before. The tape they use is also kind of tough to get off. Again, I never had this issue before. The lashes themselves looked good when Karina was done, but the irritation lasted for a few days where my eyes would just water. I want to give this place another shot because so far I've lost minimal lashes in 2 weeks. But I'm not sure I can overlook everything it took to get here. My advice, get comfy recliners and blankets for clients with 2 hour appointments. A different glue would have me giving this review way higher marks. The burning is no good. *****UPDATE****** I decided to give Scarlett's Lash Lounge another shot and I'm glad I did. Karina and I talked about the issues I had with my lashes and found a solution for the tape and the burning. The table is still, not my favorite, but Karina does a great job so I'm willing to just put a pillow under my back (I would still suggest investing in a recliner. It's the best) My lashes are great, comfortable and easy to maintain. I've been back twice since my initial visit and I'm a faithful customer at this point.
