Then, my nail was about 2 inches thick and after he finished the French tip part which wasn't even a French tip. It was just a line across my nails. After that, some other lady came over and had to drill it and redo the whole entire thing and I had plans that I was late for. I also on that day went with my friend, and her nails were bleeding in six different spots. I overall would not recommend but I would say that they gave us a good gift after of a little panda that had a light.

i hate to leave a negative review but paradise is so incredibly underwhelming that i feel it's just…read moreright to warn people. i do my own and other people's nails (gel and gel x) so im very familiar with proper gel techniques and nail hygiene. i come to paradise for pedicures and i can't help but notice every single time the nail techs fail to properly prepare my nails for gel and their gel application is incorrect. layers of polish are way too thick, improperly cured, and worst of all THEY CUT YOUR CORNERS!! cutting corners of the big toe is super common in salons but i specifically asked them not to as it creates a big risk of ingrowns or impaction on the big toe. super painful and unhygienic. my tech did it anyways. i was also not exactly impressed with the massage or scrub. it seems like paradise just wants you in and out as fast as possible. i wouldn't recommend paradise for pedicures.

There has been times when I've asked the nail tech an open ended question and they would pretend to understand me with a yes response. It's rude. If you don't understand, just say you don't. They're prices are reasonable and SOME of the nail techs are very kind and work hard. But I'm not sure the people who work there are happy or getting paid fairly. Most of them seem miserable to be there and it shows through their massages. I've been there over 100 times since I have lived in Cheshire and I finally think I'm done. I would not recommend Gel Factory Nails. While the salon is on the pricier side, the quality and…read moreservice did not match the cost. The staff always seems rushed just to get clients in and out quickly, which shows in the final result. For example, trying to remove your fingernail polish when getting a pedicure, how unrelaxing is that?! They also use a strange brush-on product to remove gel polish instead of foil and regular acetone, the process felt rushed and extremely harsh on my nails. The most disappointing experience was before my wedding. I had called in advance to schedule my appointment for my wedding nails, and when I arrived they even greeted me by saying, "You're the bride!" Unfortunately, just two days later, two of my gel nails chipped and another one chipped the day after that, which is unheard of for GEL! I ended up having to get them completely redone the day before my wedding, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Sadly, chipped gel nails had happened to me here once before this incident too, but I brushed it off at the time. Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I shouldn't have.
