I almost never have breaks, chips or lifts between appointments and if I do it's usually something I did! :) The staff will often give a brief neck massage between treatments/wait times which is wonderful! I've previously had laser elsewhere and it worked beautifully. My skin color is light, and hair color is dark. I don't take any hormones or medications that would alter an effect. I asked the billing department and even the manager if they would please issue a partial credit, but the flat out refused. I've spent 9 months coming in, spending money, with NOT A SINGLE HAIR LOST. I asked for a credit several times and they would not honor anything. The crazy part is my best friend went for the same service, had the same amount of sessions and she also has ZERO result. Don't waste your money here.
