Overall, for a restaurant in a hotel, I was very impressed. There's a lot of selection of fish and their drinks are strong. I've been here multiple times, but if they have the grouper on the menu, it's a must try. I also had the peanut butter pie which they make homemade and is worth every calorie. Note if going on a Monday it's a limited menu.

Happy hour lounge food is 50% off. Can't beat the price honestly. Quiet when I went there at 2 PM and there were a few folks watching football on the TV

We have been to Beau's Grille many times over the years. The room has a dark cozy feeling and the service was good. This particular evening they seemed a little slow. I suspect they had a party in one of the other rooms. While the food is good, I am a fan of the long bone veal chop veal parm. Don't know how they can sell it for $30.00 what with the price of veal. We had calamari which was fried with tomatoes and peppers. It as tasty and tender. The soup was well prepared as well. We split the caesar salad. It was still a large portion accompanied by anchovies I knew that my friend and I wanted to order the veal chop. On the Open Table form, I requested that they save two veal chops. When we checked in, the receptionist told be they were aware of the request and had saved them for us. We weren't disappointed. A good experience We'll be back again

The cheese sticks are what brought me to the restaurant. Someone local found out I was staying at this hotel and said, "you must try the mozzarella sticks!" Well here I am and I did! They are outstanding. They are light and fluffy with just the right amount of crunch and a delicate, tasty filling of mozzarella cheese filling! The service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant is a delightfully comfortable with at least three different seating area options, including an outdoor patio option. They apparently have great cocktails and drink options (I did not partake of anything stronger than a Ginger Ale). I would gladly recommend the cheese sticks and will report back on the Lobster Ravioli after dinner! The quality of the bread served with the meal was very good. It was hot and served with butter on the side in a bread basket well covered to maintain warmth. The Lobster Ravioli was tender with a very nice texture. While it was good, it was a little bland for my tastes. There was a small couple of roasted tomatoes that added an excellent flavor, but there were not enough for my tastes to balance the otherwise fairly bland dish. I realize the goal is to not overpower the lobster. The lobster was good and there was plenty of lobster filling - pretty much perfect, for that matter. I just wanted a bit more flavor (and I tend to like spicy foods). If you're more into spicy food, this would not be your first choice.

This is poutine. Not sure anyone can tell. I wouldn't have let this leave the kitchen! And the wait staff treated us like low class citizens!

This place is inside the Hilton Hotel, very nice atmosphere, the tables are very close together, unless you get a booth there is no real "ambiance" my husband and I started off with drinks, the sangria and a watermelon "spritz" there was no "spritz" in the drink, and it tasted like watered down watermelon schnapps/juice. Not good. My husbands sangria was good, but dry...not very fruity or sweet. We had the calamari appetizer and it was amazing. Good portion, the bell pepper sauce was fantastic, just enough acid to balance out that fried breading...highly recommend. My husband had the veal parm for dinner, excellent....large portion, flavorful, would recommend. I got the walleye, and ate one bite and could not finish...there was a lemon "jelly" that was dumped not only on the bottom of the plate where the fish sat, but all over the top of the fish, the breading was soggy and the jelly was so overwhelmingly sweet, it definitely was not a good Combination and the vegetables were also placed on top of a pile of that "jelly" so nothing was really edible from my plate. We did get the half arugula salad, that was fantastic, well seasoned and oiled and a nice portion. Service wasn't great, my drink was completely full and the waitress didn't ask about it, also as you can see in the picture my plate had one bite taken and she never came back to ask how everything was, for the money we spent we definitely didn't feel the food or service was up to par.

It ended up being such a pleasant surprise. We all went for the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal, which felt like a great value--an entrée plus a personal Pizookie dessert. If you've never had one, a Pizookie is basically a warm, gooey cookie cake with ice cream on top, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My wife, my son, and I all ordered the All American Smash Burger. The two smashed patties, the melted American cheese, the signature sauce--it all came together so well, and the fries hit the spot. My daughter went a different route and got the Southern Fried Chicken, and she couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The pepper cream gravy and the corn and red pepper succotash really added something special. Not only was the food delicious, but our server was genuinely kind and attentive. Little things--like checking in at the right times and making sure we had everything we needed--made the meal feel even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable too: lively enough to feel fun, but not so loud that we couldn't talk and enjoy each other's company. Overall, our visit to BJ's turned into one of those unexpectedly great family meals. We'd happily go back, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty, relaxed dining experience.

It was a cold night (20 degrees or so), but I was surprised the restaurant it self was chilly. I'm not usually cold, so it was surprising. Second, I ordered the "Build an Entree" and chose the pork chop and broccolini as my side (it comes with two sides, but I asked for extra broccolini because of my diet). The pork chop comes out covered in this glaze that I find out is a bourbon glaze, but there are onions in it. I cannot eat onions at all (allergy), and nowhere on the menu is it listed that there is a glaze. The broccolini was cooked but was no longer warm. I mentioned these things to our server, and she said that their pork chop has always come with that glaze and it is mentioned on the menu. I asked to see a menu, and the only place the pork chop is mentioned is in this "Build an Entree" section, and no glaze/sauce is listed. The pork also looked slightly undercooked for medium, but maybe that's just me. They cleaned off the glaze and reheated everything, and the food was good. My wife had the salmon and very much enjoyed it. Finally, the check came and everything was priced 4% higher than the menu prices. When I inquired about that, they said it was because of credit card fees, and if we paid in cash, they would remove that fee. I understand the need for credit card fees, but it's not listed anywhere on the menu that they have such a fee, and the fact that it came out with such a fee built in already makes me question whether or not they reduce it unless someone asks specifically. All in all, it just wasn't the quality experience we were hoping for on a date night. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

It was busy without seeming crowded. The space was spacious, well decorated, unique and made good use of space. The bathrooms downstairs were artsy and in good taste! Menu was kind of limited but I have a feeling they try new things all the time so it was exciting to pick from. Too bad they ran out of some things when we went. I ordered the fried chicken dish which was fried to perfection, well seasoned and paired interestingly with pickled veggies. The portion was tiny but on par with something I would expect in a place like this. I also ordered 2 oysters for $9 which were the tiniest oysters I've ever seen. Sure, they were good but I would not get them again. My girlfriend ordered a canned non-alcoholic drink for $6 (way too expensive for a soda!) and the brussell sprouts. They were good but there was only 4 of them! Our server gave off a "I'm too cool for this gig" and dismissed my order when I asked for the chicken. He recommended the lamb which uh, was almost 3x as expensive as the chicken and not something I wanted as a light late dinner after a show... My friend's SIL worked here so she was warm, welcoming and gave us a great seat. So yeah, it's not the best restaurant in Cleveland or anything but there is something to the hype and if I do get the chance, the brunch looks amazing!
