It's pretty lame that you have to drive all the way to Evergreen for good Thai food. Please open a Beau Thai down here - Olde Town Arvada would be a great location for your next franchised food joint!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who likes good Thai food. read more

I am officially addicted to their fresh spring rolls. I could eat them every day. They're so good.

the review ee cummings would have written if he wasn't dead: beau thai great name beautiful locale pleasant purveyors modest dining room not the best but good food generous portions good value worth the drive up the mountain unless you already live up the mountain either way worth the trip long or short enjoy beau thai still love the name read more

The only negative thing about Beau Thai is it ruins Pad Thai at any other place. Killer potstickers, curry, pad see ew and so many other delicious plates. Evergreen is lucky to have this as a dining option. read more

Went for a late lunch. Self seating. I waited a long time to order while watching the kitchen prep food and look at me without sending anyone to wait on me. At the point I should have left. When my waiter did arrive, I ordered the spring rolls and the fried tofu from the App's. Both items came with the sweet chili sauce like you buy at costco. Spring rolls were lacking in flavor. The tofu was ok, not like tommy's thai. I had ordered the thai coffee and did not ask for it iced but that's what I got. I sent that back and asked for a hot one. I was told that he guessed that they could make some??? WT?? I was served a plain watered down coffee. The Ice water tasted like bleach. Crammed tables in a remodeled burger dinner. I was so hoping to have a great Thai place near by w/o going to Denver. I know to go two doors down to the indian place. read more

I love this place...Thai red curry with chicken, spice level thai hot...So very tasty, best ever, I actually crave this dish. Great spring rolls too... read more

I highly recommend this cute little gem!! Delicious food, courteous wait staff, all around great experience! The lunch special is a great deal. My personal favorites are the yellow curry (with chicken and white rice) and the garlic chicken. read more

Delicious food! Every item I've tried has been very flavorful and tasty. It's a small, strip mall location that isn't overly comfortable or inviting, but it's fine. It's typically pretty quiet too. But the food is really good. It's probably best for take-out, which I imagine many people do. read more

This Thai place is worth the visit. Ordered the ginger pork. It came quickly, lots of fresh vegetables, tasty sauce. Clean place, including restroom. Located in the back of Bergen Park center, so yelp the directions. Would be even better if they would upgrade the rice, but it is standard fare. Give it a try. They serve Vegan aa well. read more

The food was very tasty and the service was pretty good. I had the coconut Thai soup and the drunken noodles. The soup was phenomenal with chicken and the drunken noodles was very good with beef.it's not absolutely the best Thai I've ever had but it is very tasty! I would come here again when I'm in the area :-) read more

One of my favorite restaurants in Evergreen. Their Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp is delicious.

Great Thai! My husband is Indian, so we could all kinds of curries, and are particular about Asian food. Most of the dishes are enough for us to share (with a little extra rice). read more

Won't go back even tho I live in Evergreen. As others have said the ambiance is basically nothing, no music, no decor, nothing. We made the mistake of sitting close to the door and every time any one came in or out we were freezing. Took a long time to order our food. Got gyoza for app and it was ok. One of us got Pad Thai and their was a hair in it...yuck. My pineapple fried rice was bland with canned pineapple. Daughter got a curry and it was nothing special. Mild was no spice at all, medium was very hot and hot was super hot...don't want to know how the Thai hot was. While we were eating one of the kitchen helpers came in the front door with a large tupperware of cut up chicken and 2 whole chickens. I can only assume that they were getting them from their companion resturant a few doors down but it was a weird sight that I have not experienced at another restaurant. read more

Best takeout in Bergen Park/North Evergreen hands down. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, consistently five stars for us. Our favorites are the Chicken Pad Thai, Shrimp Curry and Ginger Beef. read more

Everything my family and I have tried has been great! My favorite is chicken yellow curry add broccoli. Yummy!!

Surprisingly good food. Liked the crab and cheese wontons, pot stickers were fine (hard to mess up those), good on Masaman curry, red curry with duck was greasy, pad Thai was great. I recommend. read more

Love this place! Had the pad thai and cashew shrimp and both were amazing. The service was so nice too. Great experience. Perfect post skiing meal! read more

My hubby and I visited Beau Thai for the first time last night and were pleasantly surprised. The reviews that indicated that the atmosphere was lacking or that it somehow felt like a "truck stop" are totally false -- it's a small place but it is well laid out and the lighting is very pleasant. This is a nice little family-owned and operated restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, service is great and the food is decent. The chicken in the Drunken Noodles could use a little seasoning, but I highly recommend the Pad Thai -- it was some of the best I have had in Colorado. read more

BEAU THAI IS EXCELLENT Such a treat to have delicious food, as well as fast & friendly service in Evergreen. Noodle dishes are superb, curries are very satisfying, but, one rice dish, Kitchen Combination, always brings body and soul back together. EAT HERE read more

We started going to Beau Thai regularly about a year ago, and we visit them 3-4 times a month. I usually alternate between 3 dishes and on this occasion I ordered one of my favorites, the Drunken Noodles (Mild) with Shrimp. They let you choose how hot the dish is, and I'm a wimp and order my food mild. It is still extremely flavorful without the heat. There are plenty of fresh vegetable, stirred in with the thick noodles, with eight shrimp and a delicious sauce. The waitress recommended this dish to me a couple of months ago and it is now my favorite. My wife ordered the Pad Thai (Mild+) with either chicken or Shrimp. She finds it very good. On this visit she ordered it with shrimp also receiving eight shrimp). The service was very quick. It is a small restaurant, with only about 10 tables, so on weekends it fills up. They do a good take-out business. It is not fancy, but the food is good, cooked to order but served quickly, and friendly staff. read more

This place is amazing , can't eat Thai anywhere else . Always make a pit stop on my way back to Denver from the mountains . Go to dish is the pannang curry , soooooooo gooood read more

We just had two delicious curries for lunch, green curry with shrimp and parang curry with chicken, both mild. Both were very flavorful and delicious with the brown rice we chose as our side. The decor was clean and appeared to be freshly painted. We couldn't have asked for more, other than that the chicken in the panang curry was tough. Otherwise, this would get five stars from us! read more

Nice flavors, big plates, small ambience. A bit chilly on a cold night from opening door, otherwise cozy enough. Recommend!

Had takeout. Portions were huge. Food was really good and more authentic than other places we've tried in the area. Will be back.

It's all about the food. The negatives are the decor (as in, washroom green). I got in early and finally walked into the kitchen to ask if they were open. Positives: the food! Also, service was great. I asked for recommendations, said I liked spicy--really spicy, and it had a nice heat along with taste. Got the lunch special Dunky Noodle--good portion, lots of vegs and chicken. After the initial interaction I was a bit nervous but food was prepared fast and delivered while hot. If I were in the area more I'd try them for dinner too. Can't beat the price. read more

This place is pretty good most of the time. We have sampled most of the menu and have had a lot of good meals. The ambiance is mediocre and the service adequate. read more

Killer lunch. Great price. $7 for the Tiger Tear salad. Grilled beef, sautéed onions over lettuce. I ordered hot. Really good.

It's a hidden gem! Everything we have tried is great! And their takeout is equally good. Flavor is not lost in transport. Especially love the red chicken curry! It's amazing. read more

Best thai food in the mountain area. Tom Yum soup is delectable. The staff are polite and attentive. I highly recommend.

I haven't had Thai food this good since leaving the east coast a decade ago! Great stuff.

Everyone at our table rated their food "excellent", and a couple of us are not easy to please. We had soup, spring rolls, roast duck, pad thai, garlic chicken, and mixed stir fry. The cooked items have complex flavor profiles. There are 5 heat levels. The medium heat is a good choice if you like plenty of spice and intact taste buds. Drink options include beer and wine. This is a small casual restaurant with large portions and lower prices than at local competitors. (The prices are even lower than indicated by their on-line menu.) I can hardly wait to try more items! read more

Yet another sub-par Thai dining experience in Colorado. Keep in mind I am basing this review on one visit, one entrée, early dinner 4pm. Nice people but restaurant had an unpleasant odor. Rustic decor, must ask for chopsticks. Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp at medium spice was the order. Bland is the word to best describe the chicken. No flavor was cooked into any of it. The shrimp was cooked but was absolutely tiny with equally no added flavor, leaving an undesirable fishy taste. I don't like noodles but those were the best part of the dish, cooked correctly with a good balance of heat and sweet flavor. I have yet to find what I consider good Thai cuisine anywhere in Colorado and I've tried ALOT of restaurants. This is not the case with Japanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese as I can name many quality places. As far as a decent Pad Thai dish, Tommy's Thai and Thai Pot Cafe remain at the top of my list. read more

Beau Thai is one of the best Thai restaurants my wife and I have ever experienced. Their Pad Thai is perfect (not greasy as they are at some restaurants) and the Panang Curry is out of this world! The food is consistently great and everything I've tried there has been great. The only knock against them (and only reason for a 4-star vs. 5-star review) is that they recently installed a TV, which we find annoying. Prior to that, the atmosphere was very pleasant, with beautiful music in the background. So unless they remove the TV, we'll only get take-out from now on. read more

Went to Beau Thai for the first time last night. We werent sure what to expect from reviews.. It's a pretty tiny place in a strip mall area but clean and comfortable. Lots of people picked up to-go orders while we were there. We were surprised to see that it's practically next door to the Himalayan place. Some nice Thai decorations and Thai chachkis for sale. Service was good and friendly. They serve some good Thai beers. We weren't sure what to order so decided to share 2 dishes. We started with the crab cheese wontons. They were different than most - really crispy and delicious. Kudos to them for making a great appetizer both different AND better!! I had the shrimp Pad Thai (mild plus) and he had the Duck Green Curry (medium). The pad thai was really good and a big portion, but the curry was amazing. I'm not sure I will ever order anything but the curry again. There were tons of fresh vegetables and huge slices of fall-of-the-bone tender duck. The "medium" heat was great -it teetered right on the edge of being too spicy for me. We are new to Evergreen and so far this is the best food we've had (along with sushi night at the Woodcellar). read more

I usually get take out from Beau Thai. If you wanted to dine in, it would be okay, but not a romantic night out. The service is always good. Pad Thai is pretty good but Drunken Noodles are just okay. I like that they will adjust the level of spiciness (FYI, medium = American medium). read more

Favorite Thai food in Evergreen! The pot stickers are handmade with love, I am making my way down the curry dishes, none have disappointed yet. Family owned, support locally! read more

I love this place! The Panang curry, green curry, pad Thai, and Tom yum are amazing! I am so disappointed getting these dishes at other places because of the quality here! read more

We eat a lot of Thai food. It is our go to especially when we need our kids to eat a full meal. Beau Thai was amazing. Taste was top three for us. Value was where they won. The price was on par but the portion size left enough for left overs. The kids meals were very substantial compared to other places. We will go out of our way to stop here when we are traveling by on I-70. read more

Exceptional Thai for Evergreen. Duck curry, pad Thai, and drunken noodles are a few of my favs. The food is consistent and the service is good. I'd give 5 stars but the dinning room lacks appeal and always seems to be cold. read more

Delicious Thai food. I had spring rolls as an appetizer and the massaman curry with beef as the main dish.
