Bought a house in the wells branch neighborhood that had a DIY sprinkler system. Home inspection…read moreflagged it since it was not "up to code" and could nasty water back into my drinking line. They did a quick fix, rather than a proper fix. AustinApex quoted me around $4k for a proper sprinkler system covered both front and back yards with 5 zones using a Rainbird computer. Their work was quick with 3 or 4 guys digging the trenches and installing the underground pipes. I opted to get St. Augustine sod installed in the back yard, which was another $2k for 2.5 pallets. Overall I am pleased with everything. AustinApex showed me how to operate and program the system.
