Of those 2, Mike was the only one willing to come out the next day and help because he knew of the situation. Mike came out the next day to help un-clog the toilets. He spent time on both toilets in getting them cleared and flushing. 3 days later, unfortunately, the toilets clogged again. Mike was nice and professional to come back out very urgently and re-evaluate the pipes at no additional cost. He used different auger tools to help break away the clog that was apparently bigger than we imagined, and the clog is now officially gone!

Chris answered right away and provided us some options on what needs to be done with the cost. He was quick to stop by on a Saturday and assisted us with getting our toilet fixed. We understood that there would be an after hours charge considering it's Saturday. We were just happy to speak to a live person and get this issue resolved so we wouldn't have to worry about it all weekend. We definitely lucked out and he was able to get the toilet to flush normally again without having to take the toilet off. I hate to leave this review, because I think Sean is a really nice guy. But I didn't need to hire a…read morefriend, I needed to hire a plumber. And for a very serious issue. I had a gas problem, and some plumbers work on gas issues, and some do not. Sean did, and in March of 2024 he came to my house to fix a gas leak on some gas porch lamps. Except he did not fix the problem. What he did made it worse. I never used the gas porch lamps after his "repair", until 9 months later, in December 2024. The house stunk of gas when I finally used the porch gas lamps last month. So the leak was still happening. And it was worse. It took a very long time to get Sean to reply when I first worked with him in March 2024. He is not very responsive. It was even worse trying to get him to come out and fix the gas leak which he made worse. He said his work was warrantied for 1 year, so I was anxious to get him out ASAP. It takes me anywhere from 2 to 5 tries to get Sean to reply. He finally came out, confirmed there was a problem, and said he'd fix the gas leak, under warranty. It was still going to cost me money, becuase the leaking valve he needed to access were behind the wall, that meant cutting into the drywall, and then patching and painting the hole. He would do the plumbing repair under warranty, but I was going to have to pay for the drywall patch and paint. Whatever....let's get it fixed. But I have been chasing Sean for two months. Literally two months of excuses and non-replies. He's been sick. He's been busy. He's had other more important jobs. And I've had a gas leak! I finally called another plumber, who does work on gas. I could not wait for another few months. He came out same day. He fixed the leak same day. And he pointed out the mistakes that Sean made. I had to pay to $1,500 fix this all over again, to pay for Sean's mistakes. And now I'll have to pay someone probably another $200 for the patch and paint. I'm going to be selling my house and I needed to get this fixed urgently. Not to mention the fact that gas leaks are a serious safety hazard. Now I feel that I can pass on this house to the new owner and say that everything has been buttoned up and fixed, and I'm not leaving them any major problems. No thanks to Sean. If you want to blow your money and get a lot of excuses, and then hire another plumber to come out and fix Sean's mistakes, then you should definitely hire Sean. I wish him well, and hope he corrects whatever problems he has that make him so unresponsive. But even if he becomes more responsive and efficient, I don't think I'd ever let him work on a gas issue. Two stars because he is a nice guy, but hiring him has been incredibly costly for me.
