Despite this, Brett was able to go through with the purchase with what I was able to provide him with in a timely manner. The overall transaction had no hiccups and was/is true to the fine print we signed. There was complete transparency throughout the entire process. Since then, Audi Tri Cities has called in to assure us about the vehicle and filled me in on service options they offered in the long run. Finally, the vehicle works as advertised. Let's start with the great and go from there. The GREAT - There was a pretty good sized discrepancy with some advertised pricing and Ivan, the manager, instantly reassured me that they would honor their mistake and the lowest pricing. No fuss, no muss, no confusion. Just honoring their word. I was feeling really good about possibly buying a car from them. I explained that driving the 3+ hours to them would sit much better with me if they had all of the paperwork done when I got there so we could get in/get out lickety split given the drive back. I also asked them to have the vehicle detailed, gassed and ready to go to also speed the plow. I asked for FULL disclosure about any/all defects, flaws, potentials issues, scratches, scrapes, dents, windshield chips, etc before I drove all the way out there. I was assured it passed their 100+ point inspection and that we were good to go and there was nothing additional that they needed to bring to my attention. The Not-So-Great - I have to admit to being more than mildly irritated when I arrived within 10 minutes of my projected eta only to find the following: car not gassed, not thoroughly detailed, windshield chips, trunk headliner sagging and falling from roof of trunk and the underside rock guard sagging visibly underneath the car. We had to go out for burgers while they prepared the car for us the way they said they would. It took us an extra hour waiting for that but made up a little time as we sailed thru the paperwork faster than ever before (thanks, Don!) and then we were on the road. The Downright Bad - Found out on the first day home that the A/C didn't work at all. I would have thought that this would be included as a basic part of the inspection process, especially given Moses Lake's heat but apparently not. I was disappointed after my purchase that no one from the dealership ever reached out to me. Not to thank me for the purchase, not to see if everything worked out alright and not to apologize after I alerted Dylan that the A/C was non-operational. I'm $400 into the A/C repair and we are hopeful that is completely repaired. With all A/C repairs, we will cross our fingers and hope that it is a one and done and not the start of something more expensive. Summary - All in all WCAG did a pretty good job. They could use some fine tuning in detail department, and they DEFINITELY need to do a much better job in the mechanic department and they need to work on their follow through after the sale but I would absolutely consider them for future sales, providing this A/C repair doesn't go much higher.

Recently, disaster. Recalls had service departments flooded, and therefore months out for just a service. I just hit the phone book working my way outwards from my location. When I called Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, I got a completely different response. "Yes, we can get you in for service!" They essentially have a specific workforce set aside for regularly scheduled maintenance, which allowed me to get into this small scale dealership with only one lift that can handle my rig the next day. On top of that Tyler Richter did everything he could to help me out. He even worked very hard for me to get a warranty issue fixed at their location. In my opinion Mercedes failed to fulfill their coverage promises on a mileage technicality when the failure happened well before the allotted mileage and was documented at another location. Instead of leaving me with a broken item or paying out of pocket, MB of Tri-Cities took care of me. Learn my lesson and get warranty issues fixed before the warranty runs out, they can't do that for everyone! It wasn't a particularly expensive fix for a Mercedes, but in my opinion what's a small loss in the name of potential lifetime brand loyalty? Put simply, MB of Tri-Cities was there for me when I needed them. They treated me like a local who would come back over and over again, and they saved me $ when it wasn't anywhere near their responsibility. Upon arrival the appointment was not confirmed and was in quoting stage. The service manager asked what I was there for even though I went into detail with the issues I was having last week. Upon arrival I needed to authorize charges for diagnostics in the event It wasn't covered under warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles unacceptable the check engine light came on in Moses Lake. I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.
