Mike came out same day to our home office and diagnosed our computer immediately. It turned out our hard drive was beginning to crash. He suggested we replace the hard drive with the new Serial or SATA type vs. the old Parallel type. He took our computer and returned it next day. He was able to save all our data which he transfered onto the new upgraded hard drive, he added an external hard drive for backing up, and he cleaned up our computer from malware and internal dust.
