Onion Rings Side

Food was great! Being a Texan, you get a local feel with a warm welcome. Would recommend and return. Best onion rings I've ever had!

food: good bar food nothing special, don't let things get cold or definitely not as good service: staff was nice and accommodating ambiance: outdoor seating was nice, good shade with the umbrellas

Best fried pickles!
Laura P.

Slightly overdue as I was back a couple weeks ago hangout with coworkers (love these Summer hours)! So nice to sit out on the patio under an umbrella- very relaxed and didn't feel bad about mostly drinking. The service was good - she gave us our space when she realized we were mostly hanging out but was easily accessible for another round. I must say that this place has the greatest fried pickles ever and makes spears, which is the way I grew up eating them. So delicious and it's in a nice crispy tempura batter served with a mildly spiced sauce.

Great menu choices, really good food & a fantastic amount of tvs (especially in the outdoor area).

Pizza is very good with plenty of daily specials covering bar food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor dining and we all had great service for our large group. Plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cheesy Garlic Beef
Ho T.

Their cheesy garlic beef was decent; however, the bread roll lost its firmness after being exposed to beef juice, even though it was toasty. The beef is soft and well-cut, and the portion is generous, but the flavor is lacking. Additionally, I wish more mozzarella had been added. The sandwich could be dipped in the au jus that was served alongside. It doesn't taste or smell strongly of beef. The hot peppers wasn't spicy at all and the tasted dull. My favorite item was their bread pudding for dessert, which had a great, fluffy, warm texture. The surface is nicely crusted, slightly firm, and topped with soft ice cream and drippy caramel. It's a really substantial portion. I'm glad I can enjoy it alone with no company.

Once we got started cooking at the table for ourselves we had a great time making sure everyone got to try different meets and sauces. I am a big fan of warm food. Other places will bring you warm food that starts getting cold instantly. At Kow we had a constant supply of meat pork shrimp and chicken coming right off our grill to our plates. Pair that with your choice of many different types of ramen packets helped keep the joy of hot steaming flavorful food.Beware that different ramen packets are labeled to show their heat intensity. Be aware that robot waiters bring the food to your table (Jetson styles) make sure you grab everything before your waiter rolls away. All my buddies were satisfied with the food and beverage , alcoholic and soft drinks. We all enjoyed the experience. Definitely will return soon with my wife.

I especially loved their unique marinades for the beef, chicken, and pork. It wasn't just your typical bulgogi flavors, which made the experience even more exciting! One of my biggest highlights was their impeccable ramen station! The variety was amazing, everything was well-organized, and it was so easy to use. I loved that it was included in the all-you-can-eat price because it added so much value to the experience. This is definitely one of the reasons I'll be coming back! The bar was another highlight, with yummy soju options! We tried the lychee and peach flavors, and both were so good fruity, refreshing, and the perfect addition to our Korean BBQ experience. The experience itself was so much fun, too! They have robots that bring out the meat, which is entertaining to watch, and you can order everything right from a tablet at your table. Peter was awesome, and our server, David, helped make our visit even better. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, girls' outing, or family dinner. Plus, they're open until midnight, which is a huge bonus for late-night dining! You can even ask for a hug via the tablet at your table ! That means your server will come and hug you !! Such a unique touch that makes the whole experience memorable. Between the fresh meat, unique marinades, incredible ramen station, fun technology, and great service, KOW Korean BBQ is definitely worth checking out. I'll absolutely be back again!!

When I first walked in I thought it was a very small restaurant, but it's actually way bigger than it looks and they walked us thru a few different rooms before getting to our table in the back private room. We had the room to ourselves for the first 30 min of our meal, which was lovely. The service was beyond incredible. Fernando was our server who went above and beyond the entire meal. And Jason (i believe the manager) stopped by to chat and shared fun tidbits about the concert...as well as gave us detailed directions of how to find the venue within the casino. The food did not disappoint either. We started off with some oysters and the chilled vinegar sauce served with it was amazing. I got shrimp cocktail as my main meal, which may have been the best shrimp cocktail I've had in awhile. I often eat shrimp cocktail from Costco at home as a good protein snack, but it's going to be tough to eat their shrimp after a taste of Hugo's. My husband was very happy with his steak, but was nice enough to share some bites with me and I can see why he was thrilled. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. They said dessert was on the house in honor of my husband's bday. He's a huge carrot cake fan and they brought out a slice of carrot cake that could feed 15 people. We had a bit and they even stored the leftovers for us until after the concert so we could take it home to our cake loving children. Both my husband and I agreed this was one of the better meals we've had in a long time and wondered why we've stayed away from Hugo's for so long!

A short fuse and a close call…read more After Emily and I checked in to our hotel room, we wanted to stretch our legs and see if there was anything nearby for some beer and some food. Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar. Online reviews for this place seemed hit and miss but I really enjoyed my time there and really enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the vibe of the place. We did contemplate buying some bar signs on our way out but declined as we don't know what we would exactly do with them. It sucks to see a small business close but they did say they may try to open up a new place in a new location in the future.
