The most disappointing part was finding a bug in my sister's latte after she had already taken a sip. I understand the location is in a dirt lot near a bike path, but as a food establishment, I still expect drinks to be served bug-free. She also mentioned the cold foam tasted like regular foam rather than kulolo, and the coffee itself was both bitter and watery.
