However, today was by far the worst service ever. I asked for my back to be mainly addressed, being that I just came back from a 19 hour drive and I got my shoulders and neck smooshed to death. Had she asked kindly if they would've liked to tip or had even asked me beforehand when I purchased if I would like to leave a complimentary tip I would've done it no questions asked. I didn't know my mom would be harassed like that. I bought it with the intention of it being a GIFT. Meaning she's going to go get the service as a GIFT, and not have to worry about anything. My fiancé still left a 10$ dollar tip because she was flustered and also just didn't know how much I had already spent on the service. My friends said that their back massage was amazing as well. They had all of them sit in one of those chairs with the face hole, when it was time. I think they have full body massages but we didn't ask for it so I didn't see that room. It was $60 for the hour session. Beware, when they bring the hot water to soak your foot, it might be hot.
