I can't believe this buffalo chicken pizza that I just ordered was only 500 cal... It just felt unreal since it still tasted pretty good. It was an interesting combination that they put celery on top. I was overstuffed after I finished half of it. Their menu has tons of different things - definitely want to try the wrap and smoothie some other time. Terrible service!! Ordered two pizzas in the drive thru.... 8 minutes later, a guy came to the window and said, "sorry, I didn't hear you pull up." (Thinking I was a new customer who didn't already order) Then claims he forgot to put the order in before using the restroom.... moral of the story, I ordered....it never was put in, I sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes staring off into the sunset with clueless ass employees.... needless to say, the place was completely empty....no customers, and still can't take an order. read more

I dance at the dance studio in the same block and me and my friends where on break. We are about to walk in and they locked the door. They have done this to us about 2 or 3 times. We are all disappointed and are very uncomfortable in there when we go cause they all seem to not like the work. We are all upset with the work and this is the only place sadly we can go and eat on break. read more

I walked in for a smoothie and found sometime that would hopefully fit my nutritional needs for the day. I settled on the Matta Madness in hopes of being somewhat lower carb, higher protein option for my lunch. I wanted to ask the girl helping me if she could break down the exact items that go into the smoothie (for MyFitnessPal), but instead she was very very busy with other customers, so i figured i would call back when their rush slowed down. No one answered when i called Powell, but Westerville's Brooke answered and was very helpful immediately. I ended up having more carbs that i had hoped, but boy, that was a damn good smoothie! One of my favorite places! Love the food here, great choices, especially if you're trying to eat healthy! And the food tastes excellent, and is pretty low calorie! I love that they're so open about the calories on everything (they're on the menu). Everything I have had there is very good, haven't been disappointed yet! Drive thru is very convenient, too, though it takes a little longer than your typical drive thru to receive your food. But your patience is worth it, it only takes so long because the food is fresh and freshly made! May be just a tiny bit more expensive than nearby places but it's definitely worth it. read more

I was excited to visit Be Fit Cafe after reading all of its reviews. However, my mom and I were both disappointed. The food and smoothies were just "alright", and we weren't impressed. My mom ordered the Turkey Avocado (be careful since this is listed twice in the menu under "sandwiches" and "wraps"!) and the Mango Tango smoothie. I ordered the Asian Thai wrap, replaced the grilled chicken breast with their spicy tuna, the acai bowl, and the Spinach Avocado smoothie. The staff assured me that I would barely taste the avocado in the smoothie because of the banana and the honey, but it seemed like there was just avocado and ice. The Asian Thai wrap was okay, and I enjoyed their acai bowl. My mom didn't care for her meal at all. read more

Went here for lunch today. I was impressed with the variety of menu items and smoothie choices. This place had a drive through window and was fast casual. I got the veggie sandwich. The bread was thick and delicious. It was full of hummus, lettuce, peppers, alfalfa sprouts and was actually very filling. I was disappointed in the lack of vegetarian and vegan options. I feel that a place with the name "be fit" would have more of those options. They also did not have any gluten free bread. That being said, they listed all of their ingredients and the caloric breakdown, protein rams, etc. which was really nice! I normally roll my eyes when I see someone whine about the "vegan/ gluten free" thing, but I have recently hopped in the boat for an experiment. My fiancé had the spicy tuna wrap which he said was awesome. My sandwich came with Tri colored chips and a side of salsa. It did not taste like fresh salsa to me, but what can I say, I willingly admit to having a soft spot for Tostitos salsa lol. I will take away one star for the service. There was a high school girl working who was 'friendly,' but seemed like she felt too good to be there in a weird way. She had this attitude about her and seemed to think it was odd that I was asking about all the vegetarian items etc. I even joked "I know it's annoying, etc." We were just not greeted in a way that made me feel like we were welcomed. Not that the service was bad, just not what you would expect. I would like to go back and try some other items and overall think this is a great option for a healthy lunch. read more

I took my husband there last night since we started our healthy eating and two cocktails per week for 2016. He was amazed at how delicious their food was AND he had a hard time making a decision! I've enjoyed a lunch and dinner there. Look forward to going back. We've had the chicken parmesan wrap, avocado salad with ginger dressing, egg salad sandwich, tomato basil soup, and spicy tuna side. Was here for lunch the other day. Not from the area but decided to try it based on my search for a healthy place to eat and the star rating. I had a sandwich and a drink. Now I didn't read anything about this place so I can't say I had high expectations but for a place called be fit I was wasn't impressed. In particular I didn't like the cold cuts on my sandwich. I was expecting them rather I thought actually turkey would be on it. I don't eat cold cuts and I'm surprised "be-fit" serves them. So those came off. I also had a banana peanut butter honey drink that was good. I'd get that again but don't actually see myself going back. Perhaps I'm too critical of places that claim they are healthy alternatives. read more

I probably eat here more than any place I've ever been. For a quick breakfast or meal replacement the smoothies are fantastic. Not any quick squirts from an unknown bottle on the counter instead you get the ingredients listed. If you have some time or want to take it home the meals are fantastic as well. I suggest a spicy tuna salad or the Buckeye smoothie. I've yet to have a bad experience with service. The staff is always friendly and knows me by name and if I'm running late I can call I had and it'll be waiting for me at the drive-through window. Rarely can you get a healthy meal, quickly and with great service.This is truly a gem in our city of Powell. read more

This is the place to go, if you are stopping in before work, after a workout or even for a quick sensible dinner. The food is amazing, especially the egg salad and there are calories and ingredients listed for each meal, and or smoothie. The service is fast and the people are very kind and knowledgeable in the food they are serving. I can not say enough for this cafe, but I have not had one bad meal. I went in to get a two smoothies and asked if they had gluten free wraps because I have celiac and have to eat gluten free. Talked to the cashier and she was very positive and agreed about the need for gluten free wraps. Suggested this to the manager, Chuck and felt he got very defensive and acted like he didn't care. I even commented about his demeanor towards a paying customer that was asking for a specific need AT A HEALTH FOOD CAFE!!!! I realize they have a gluten free pizza, but I prefer getting one of the wrap choices on the menu and I cannot. I have thought twice about going back since the manager acted so uncaring about my suggestion and accommodating other customers as well. read more

This place is a big NO for us. It is a smoothie place that did not have yogurt (or the machine was broken) to make a smoothie. I got one for my child with the other option of rainbow sherbet and it was awful. Tasted nothing like a smoothie. Then, we were the only ones in there and it took 15 minutes to make! Ridiculous. I went to ask where it was and the guy, whom I'm guessing was the manager, was on the phone and finally acknowledged me stating it was being made. I looked back and it was not. Horrible customer service!! I ordered the Avocado Salad, really just to try the Japanese dressing that came with it and because I love avocados. When I went to pick up my order, I was informed that they did not have the dressing that came with the salad I ordered. It would have been nice for them to tell me that on the phone when I ordered. I got another dressing and went back to work. When I got back to work and opened the salad, there was no avocado on my AVOCADO SALAD! Seriously?!? I called back and they said they would refund my money or I could come back for the avocado. Since I was at work, I could not leave again so I asked them to refund my money. 2 weeks later, I still do not have my money back despite calling 2 times and sending an email via their website. Yes, the salad was only $9 but it was a small salad with only lettuce, tomato, chicken and cucumber. I've had better from Wendys that was half the price. I find it SO RUDE that the company will not even call me back or respond to my emails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more
