Chicken Parmesan Wrap and The Buckeye Smoothie
Jenna D.

Hope this place stays open forever. Wonderful to have a healthier drive thru than the usual fast food places. Service is quick and the food hits the spot.

Spilled Acai "Bowl" from a hole in the bottom of the cup

It always sort of bums me out to write a bad review but our experience here today was definitely worth noting. I'm going to make a disclaimer and mention that I have been to Be Fit Cafe in the past, and have found their wraps enjoyable as well as their smoothies so I know that they are capable of great things! Alas today was not that day. So they are currently doing drive through only and I don't know what the staffing situation looked like but it was a really long wait for 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. The guy we ordered from gave us a tone from the rip, as if we were complaining or not ready or something. Anyways I digress and my main issue is that I ordered an açaí bowl that was not only given to me in a large cup and not a bowl, but the bowl had a hole in the bottom. It got on my outfit, the car, and knowing how busy they were, and that having to deal with Mr. congeniality did not seem like an option we went home and I dumped my newly açaí soup in a bowl and called it a day. Having said that it was pretty good although it was super soupy and could have used more bananas and granola. My husband did like his wrap and salad though.

9" Buckeye Bounce Pizza (10/18/2020)

Drive-thru only is open, so I had to eat in my car (it was too dang cold and windy outside to take advantage of Be Fit's patio!). Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Buckeye Bouce pizza cause I love pesto. However, it was a clear struggle between their BBQ Chicken pizza; perhaps a reason to return? All of the pizzas are 9" (no size options; and sometimes it's nice to not have to choose a size!). I was quite happy with my choice of pizza. A good amount of chicken, and the pesto sauce was fantastic!! Apparently everything at Be Fit is made fresh in-house. I'll definitely keep this sauce in mind, should I ever make my own pizza concoction (their pesto sauce will definitely be on any pie I get in the future (or as a side condiment!)), I can promise you that. The thin crust was not soggy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. It was sturdy enough to hold together when picking up each piece. I want to point out the clearly labeled nutrition information for their pizzas, wraps and sandwiches - a definite bonus! Not having to go back and forth between clicks on their website, or look at a confusing paper copy, I wish more restaurants were offering their nutrition info so easily. I am bummed that Be Fit's second location closed (in Westerville, off Polaris Pkwy), as that location would be a tad closer of a drive. I'll definitely keep BF in my bookmarks for the occasional drive up to Lewis Center/Powell.

This is a healthy joint in Powell that I like to hit up after my morning workouts. They conveniently have a drive-through. So I've actually never been inside haha. My favorite is the speedy egg wrap because it is tangy and they use a jalapeño tortilla with egg, cheese and salsa. All their food items are geared towards the healthier side and they also have shakes and smoothies as well. Many places tend to not have just an egg and cheese combo and tend to be accompanied with some type of meat. So I was very happy to see they had vegetarian options for me.

Strawberry Coconut Smoothie And Vegetable Wrap

Be Fit Cafe is healthy goodness. It has two locations including this one in Powell. They have a good size menu. It includes a big list of smoothies and other items marked as healthy. They have more in the way of food for lunch. I had a strawberry coconut smoothie and a vegetable wrap that came with tortilla chips. It's about $5 for each smoothie. The food menu includes pizza, sandwiches, and wraps. A lot of the smoothies are made with honey or yogurt but you can get them without either. Sometimes the service is slow but there's usually only a couple people working at a time. Convenience is offered with a drive through but it still can be a wait so just be patient. The food is fresh and made to order so it can take some time. If you're looking for healthier food try Be Fit Cafe. It has a couple locations including Powell. The smoothies are made with all real fruit and the food is healthy and tasty.

The buckeye smoothie is the BEST! Chocolate, peanut butter & banana. Prefer over Planet smoothie or tropical cafe.

I chose the bridge park special, which was a pizza with an olive oil base mozzarella cheese with a basil pesto over it. Grilled chicken and grilled onions. The chicken taste like rubber. I did not eat it after the first piece didn't trust it. It's very hard and chewy. The rest of the pizza had a good flavor. It was served a little too hot, but considering it was 3 o'clock, I was glad it was heated thoroughly. There was a lot of olive oil on it. It was a very greasy piece of pizza you needed an extra napkin. Service was excellent. The man that took my order was pleasant and he even brought my pizza to where I was sitting that was appreciated and a surprise. As far as ambience, there's like patio twinkle lights on the top. It's a big food hall so the seating is shared among all the vendors again I was there at 3 o'clock. There was maybe two other patrons it's not a very popular time. Would it come back? Sure I would just come back closer to 12 when the pizza was guaranteed fresh I feel this might've been sitting for a while. This would've been a four or 4 1/2 star piece of pizza had the chicken, thin tender Instead, I had to go with a three cause it was neither wonderful nor was it awful. It was just good. Again, I would come back... And will. And when I do, I hope I can give it a higher score.

I want to start by saying, normally this is a pretty good spot. Lately, man idk what is going on. I got the strangest margherita pizza I have ever had, and a cheese and pepperoni that was also kind of weird. There is almost no cheese whatsoever on the margherita, and it was dehydrated too, which was also unusual. The cheese and pepperoni one was fine I guess, but there was a solid layer of pepperoni beneath the cheese, which made the texture benefit super wet. Again, all just kind of off. Service is good; not a freestanding location and it's inside the Bridgepark north market. I can't say if I would come back or not? Perhaps if I saw a tastier looking item walk by that was ordered from here. Posting a photo of one of the slices.

Their thin cracker crust pizza was reminiscent of our beloved Flammekuechen we enjoyed while on our honeymoon in Switzerland. But set your expectations as this is a thin crispy crust kind of place--not a raising dough kind of crust. I chose build your own with black olives and sausage (The sausage was delicious, huge chunks of real Italian sausage) &the hubby got the boneless buffalo. Also snacked on some of the best fried pickle chips I have had! All washed down with a peroni beer.

Note - it is typically very busy and you may have a wait. Their Pizza is thin and crispy - probably the thinest and crispiest in the area. Thinner than Tommy's, Donatos, or Flyers. Stopped in last night for a casual bite and enjoyed the salad bar and two good Pizza's; Pepperoni and a White Spinach. Both were good (I would say not great, as limited sauce on both and just a little too thin for our liking. Salad bar is very simple but hits the spot. Waitress and hostess were great and very polite. Depending on your party - request the bar area if more adult group with conversation and fun in mind; as the atrium/patio area can be very loud with just a few young pizza lovers around. Recommend salad bar and pepperoni - simple is better here. Parking on 3 sides but be cautious as neighbor businesses are sensitive to share. Thanks for a good night.
