My husband and 7 year old daughter went to pick up at the Worthington Location and we called ahead to place our order and Alicia was who handled us from beginning to end absolutely horribly. On the phone she was extremely irritated with having to take our order so at pick up my husband walks up and she goes what's up, what's up aggressively before he can even say I'm here to pick up. He then said to her hey can I be honest she said sure he said when working in customer service I think it's important to be patient and kind when handling customers and she completely flipped out on him saying all kinds of curse words in front of a child. Saying you can get out of my store right now and you have till the count of three to get out or I'm calling the police. My husband then said you're gonna speak like that in front of a 7 year old, she then told him she'll be giving our pizza order away to the people who worked there. For $67 for two pizzas and 10 wings, we'll take our money where it's appreciated. Reached out to the owner he said he would deal with it and that he was reviewing footage only to not say anything else in response not even an I'm sorry for the way you were handled for this terrible and completely unprofessional behavior.
