They just opened a location in Lufkin. BY FAR one of the worst BBQ I have ever tried to eat. They are cheating people by passing off cheap roast beef as Brisket, the sausage was garbage with no flavor and the ribs looked and tasted like road kill. I can't praise this spot enough! The brisket is delicious. I highly recommended the loaded Mac N cheese! The thing that makes this spot exceptional is the people working there. They go above and beyond with hospitality. Every person from the cooks to the girl helping clean the counters went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Finally a great BBQ place here in Nacogdoches! Went last week and they had sold out. All he had left was potato salad and I said I would take it. He didn't charge me for it! Today I went and was waiting on my order and his wife and I were talking about my little one being sick. Before I left she asked if she could pray for him. She and her husband prayed the most heartfelt prayer! I was so touched and I am not a real religious person! He also said my drink was no charge! These people AND the food are the best! Well unfortunately didn't like it. Way too much seasoning on the meat for my taste. Won't be visiting again.

$36 for a grilled cheese sandwich (with no sides) and a quesadilla on a fajita size tortilla (with no sides) is a rip off. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. read more
