Absolutely the best BBQ in the area! The brisket is unbelievably delicious and the turkey is a must have! The potato salad is by far the best I've ever had. And the sauce-Omg-slap your mama good! The service is personal, friendly, and fast! You can't beat it. The set up is cute and easy to maneuver. If you have questions about the easy-to-read menu-they are more than happy to answer them. The barbecue is the best around. I don't like the coleslaw as it is inundated with parsley. They need a bigger space and more service, but if you can stand in line and call in an order, you are ahead of the rest. The last I saw, they were open only Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Tried them over at Klaus Brewing Co. And it was DELICIOUS. The smell hits you immediately from across the parking lot. The guy told me that he has been cooking since 6am! I got the plate with 3 meats. Jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket, & spare ribs. It came with a babe of chips, sauce, and bread. Pickles are too, but I'm not a pickles person. All meats are tender and just smoked to perfection. My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar sausage. (They do sell regular too.) it isn't too spicy but it adds a nice flavor profile. It goes well with the beer at the brewery too!!! Haha. I do wish the sauce was room temp rather than chilled but that's just a picky note that I'm weird about. The sauce was yummy. Nice spice to it. Some of the best bbq I've had in a long time. I highly recommend getting "The law" or the "Texas timber jack". Talking to the owner he said they plan to move into a building which is really the only lacking part of the experience.
