Everyone seemed wowed by both the taste and the presentation. We decorated our reception hall with swans and to coordinate Merci had several fruits carved into various sized swans. The carved swans really added an extra touch to the food presentation that I wasn't expecting. In planning the menu, she gave us very helpful suggestions while also being encouraging of what we wanted. She arrived on time to the venue and the setup and take down went smoothly according to our wedding coordinator. She even had a to-go plate ready for us to take with us when we left the reception since the bride and groom seem to rarely have time to eat. The only thing I might have changed was that we didn't discuss when the reception would be ending with them and they started taking up some of the food a little earlier than we expected. Everything was as good or better than I expected. She also has a food truck that is sometimes at the farmers market. If you can catch them there I recommend their breakfast tacos.

And the fact that The business has blocked me access to their social media page, except to edit my review (because they have no control over reviews) proves they have bad business practices. If they don't like a review the try to block that person from informing others. The company is so bad they comment then when called out on their BS they delete their comments. The owners must be a joke I'm glad the owner thinks is funny that they are cowards and delete their comments when they are called out.
