Everyone seemed wowed by both the taste and the presentation. We decorated our reception hall with swans and to coordinate Merci had several fruits carved into various sized swans. The carved swans really added an extra touch to the food presentation that I wasn't expecting. In planning the menu, she gave us very helpful suggestions while also being encouraging of what we wanted. She arrived on time to the venue and the setup and take down went smoothly according to our wedding coordinator. She even had a to-go plate ready for us to take with us when we left the reception since the bride and groom seem to rarely have time to eat. The only thing I might have changed was that we didn't discuss when the reception would be ending with them and they started taking up some of the food a little earlier than we expected. Everything was as good or better than I expected. She also has a food truck that is sometimes at the farmers market. If you can catch them there I recommend their breakfast tacos.

We got the sausage on a bun, chicken sandwich, and chopped brisket. All were beyond good. The bbq sauce was amazing. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and was so moist. Even my son enjoyed the food, and my son doesn't ever eat BBQ. Y'all, if you ever get an opportunity to try them, do it. Staff was so friendly.
