Indentations and nail split across after soaking off.

My experience went as such, I arrived at my appointment time scheduled with Lily with an inspiration photo of how I'd like my nails. was still painting another customer nails so while waiting a man put my tips on and cut them to the desired length. Lily comes and shapes and applied the colored powder acrylic of my choice and does the design which I think was fairly easy had she painted one hand with black tips and the other with white and then move forward with the design. Instead she paints each finger nail and has me stick my whole hand in the UV light to dry one nail for both color and design. And here we are 6 days later and two of my nails are lifting from the cuticle. Well the 7th day I decided to soak them off because of the lifting. After not wearing nails for years because of the UV light exposure, chemicals, and damage to the nail beds acrylic cause I've been reminded why I'll never get acrylic on my nails. My nail beds are completely destroyed, two of my nails have cuts across them and groves I rendered at the top part of my cuticles. Again this is my experience after paying $80.00 for a full set and having to soak them off a week later due to the lifting and poor application process I'll never return nor recommend nor. The fact that she did my nails the way she did told me exactly how she felt about me and my hard earned money, never again, lesson learned. After having my index finger nail detach where the split in my nail is more than enough reason to report this service to the Board of Cosmetology.

so upset with how my nails came out, I asked for shellac French tip & my goodness. I wanted to cry bc of how upset I was because they looked horrible. The lady started doing my nails around 6pm they close at 7pm. One she was either in a rush because she wanted to go home on time or second she just does ugly nails. The lady that did my nails was sitting in the end chair, I didn't get a name, but that's her spot. ( I'm assuming ) The white tip is not even straight, I asked for her to do thin line French tip bc I know my nails weren't that long, but look how thick I'm not sure if you can see in the pictures but there is lint in my nails. The only reason I came here is because I wanted to give them a try because I seen the reviews and it seems like maybe they have decent acrylic nails, but this lady that happened to do a shellac manicure just sucked at it. My nails are so ugly! I paid 35 dollars which is not bad for the price but I have a feeling she charged me 35 because she knew she did a sucky job, bc I also got a pedicure and it came out decent not bad by another lady & she charged me 40 but I just got a shellac pedicure clear pink. So it doesn't make sense how a French tip shellac manicure cost less than a shellac pedicure for a solid clear pink coat.... Won't be returning back.

Went in for a full set. Typically I see Hanna, but she was unavailable. The young lady I was assigned to, without sanitizing, began cutting down My existing nails....and proceeded to use a fresh nail tip, to LIFT MY OLD SET OFF. If you can't tell by the CAPS, things didn't go well. The first nail, I felt sharp pain right up My arm. I flinched. She didn't stop. She went onto the second nail, and immediately, there was blood. Know why? Because she ripped up My nail off the actual bed. She was going to continue, but I pulled My hands away. "This doesn't work for Me. Are you not seeing the blood?" She put her hands up in defense, and says she will soak My nails off, but that it would cost extra. She offered nor administered no first aid. I was switched to another tech who proceeded to tell Me the reason it happened, was because My nails are thin. I said firmly and audibly, "No, this happened because the tech was lazy and used a nail to rip off the old set. That's not supposed to happen." He gruffly finished My service. I also got a pedicure, btw. At checkout, no apology, no discount, nothing. I used to come here because of the convenient location, however, I shan't ever return.

Priced reasonably, quantity work, great service! My nails always look amazing! Better than what I came in wanting!

First comfortable nail experience in forever! A lot of salons make you real feel like a chore, but not this one. They're so sweet and polite. The woman in the first chair (I asked her name but totally forgot!) did my acrylic and was super quick, they're a little different than my inspiration pic, but I think they still turned out cut! My pedicure was very nice too. They start at $24 and anything above that is $40+. I just got the basic and added a callus remover for $5. Will refer people here from now on :)

Nail polish from previous manicure still left on all my nails even after addressing it with the nail tech.

I took my mom to this place for a special occasion. It wasn't worth the $220. The guy that did my nails didn't have any attention to detail and didn't really care. He left red nail polish on every single one of my nails even after me politely telling him multiple times that I can still see my old nail polish on my nails. I had to address the fact that my nails were super crooked three times, and I finally asked if he could just me the damn nail file so I could fix it myself. He said no and he would fix it. He didn't. This place is a joke and a total waste of money.

Relaxing lavender pedicure!! High recommend :)

Came here with my boyfriend to get a "Lavender pedicure" and it was the most relaxing experience. Kathy and Hannah did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure!! Highly recommend and will be returning with my sister!! :)

I really wanted to like this place but both times I got my nails done I was left extremely disappointed. The lady who did my nails didn't do a good job with the acrylic and left my nails appearing bubble like. They are also all misshaped and different lengths. Plus she left nail glue all over my cuticles. I wanted a place closer to home but I will continue to go across town to get a better outcome.

Called to see if possibly could get an appointment with this COVID thing I didn't think it was likely. I was surprised! I went to Lily and am so happy I found her! She will be my new nail lady always. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it turned out amazing! She took her time and did both herself. I started coming here two months ago and I am completely satisfied with the services they provide! So after loosing my nail tech of 7 years at Queen Bee I have been on a hunt for a shop in which I could build a relationship with one nail tech and I found her, here at Bebe! Her name is Lily and she is AWESOME Most nail shops that I have been to while on my hunt for a permanent shop have been so rude. An example of a rude experience was--I call to make an appointment with a particular person and when I get there the person I made an appointment with is "busy" (which is why I made the appointment). Moreover, they typically try to push me off onto someone else...like I said earlier, I like to build a relationship with my nail tech so that she/he knows who I am, how I like my nails done, etc. Because sometimes the language barrier can interfere but if I am going to the same person every time I can avoid trying to explain myself and being unsatisfied. Fast forward, here at Bebe from the first time I came Lily has shown that she is a sincere lady who really loves what she does! She can do a full set in 35 mins and her work is absolutely gorgeous!!!! She does exactly what I want and how I want!!! She doesn't try to persuade me to do something else nor does she bombard me with trying to do extra services. But it is not just Lily who does great work. Everyone there is very through with their work, patient and very pleasant! To name a few: Annie, Nina and Hannah give awesome pedicures/massages. Their facility is ALWAYS clean! They offer snacks and water, will change the TV to what you want to watch, are very accommodating and genuine. I love going here and although I am moving to LA I will drive down just to receive my services by them because they are just that awesome! Please go and see them and make sure you let them know I (Jade) sent you! They are typically not busy but they are short staffed but again, they are efficient and diligent! Check them out!

I've come here twice now and both times I've been very satisfied. The most recent time I went was yesterday for a regular polish manicure. The woman who helped me (I wished I asked for her name!) was very nice and took great care of my nails. I appreciated how she kept asking if I like the length or shape bc she wanted to make me happy as a customer. She did an awesome job squaring my nails and cleaning up/ rounding out my cuticles. She definitely took her time (which is a good but could also be a bad thing). That would be something to take note of! I thought a regular manicure wouldn't take that long but it took her roughly 50 minutes. I was not in rush to go anywhere, so I did not mind. I found it relaxing, even. But I would take that into consideration if you plan to squeeze an appointment in before making plans for immediately after. Little one day update on my nails: Still in love with the square shape. I do see chipping, but that is to be expected when you use regular polish and also use your hands a lot at work. There are also tiny bubbles on some nails, but I would blame that on myself. I don't have the greatest patience, so I left quickly after only 5-8 minutes of dry time. I wish I had just stayed still now, but regardless, these natural nails are bombbbb. I never wanna get acrylic nails again.

I live in Seattle but am visiting family. I was nervous to go to a different nail spot, but after checking out the reviews I figured it would be fine. I was blown away by the customer or service, level of care/detail, and cleanliness! The staff was awesome. Great prices. Wasn't busy at all. I wish they had a location in Seattle. I hate to leave a bad review because the lady helping me was so nice. I had most painful pedicure here. Well it starts from the beginning. The lady (I don't know her name) leaves the water running while she goes and grabs the instruments/things she needs for me. Well the water so hot, I couldn't even tolerate it. I took my feet out and the girl in the next station asked if it was too hot. She turned on the cold water but it was still too hot. Next, the lady starts cutting my cuticles and omg I started sweating profusely. It was extremely painful. I look down and I'm bleeding quite a bit. Then she starts filing my whole entire toe! Not my toe nail, my toe! Omg I was ready to walk out... But they turned out nice after all that pain lol. read more

I have been living in Modesto for about 3 years & I have been to multiple nail shops in the area and nobody ever seemed to do the shape or color I wanted so I was constantly traveling to my old nail tech in the Bay Area but that started to add up with gas and nail prices. So I went on yelp and searched nails shops near me and came across BE BE NAILS and I looked over their reviews and I was amazed at the work lily did so I called right away and went in today ..... ...Long story short lily is amazing !!!!!!!! She did the shape I wanted & the French ombré is amazing ! I'm a loyal customer now and will be going back. They have over 400 colors ! So many to choose from ! It's a nail spa heaven !! Lily did my eyebrows using the microblading. They came out perfect and they look amazing. She is well trained and has had tons of school to get your eyebrows even and perfect. I cannot day enough. Probably one of the worst nail salons i've been to. I'd gone several times & gotten mediocre gel nail manicures & pedicures. I really wanted this to be my place to go to. The last time i went i walked in & the man barks at me-you have appointment? I say yes for mani/pedi. I get my pedi & sit down to get my mani. When i tell the girl again i just want a reg mani to give my nails a rest-all heck breaks loose. All 3 manicurists get involved in heated conversation about me that i cant understand. Im told to get up & go to another chair. To get the way too thick gel off my nails-that they put on 3 weeks prior they use the grinder & ruin my nails & then charge me an extra $5 that took bout 2 minutes to take off. I. Along with all my other friends will not be going back. read more

Although this is a new location, the couple have been in this industry for over 10 years. I followed Lily from a previous salon (name will not be mentioned) and I will continue to follow her wherever she goes. The salon is clean, has a friendly atmosphere, and it is very welcoming. Drink some water or coffee, complimentary while you get your pedicure, manicure, facial, wax, eyelash extensions, and/or permanent makeup. I love how well I get taken care of and this is the only place I get my eyelash extensions which last up to 6 weeks before I go get a refill. They offer various pedicures and manicures that won't break your bank. They also offer over 600+ different colors and designs using high end gels and shellac's. Don't take my word for it and try it yourself! read more

Ok so where do I start... I was searching for a new nail spot , due to my nail guy moved, found this place and decided to give em a try. Anyone who does my nails has to be patient, I like detail and lots of designs. I am super duper picky with my nails, its my thing.... And I am extremely rough on my hands and constantly washing them. My nails have not lifted, which is number one to me, to keep from bacteria and nasty infections happening. The lady I found here is beyond awesome , almost dnt want to share her, but this place is great! The customer service is outstanding , which is also really important. Place is really nice and clean. This place is really great ! *Acrylic Nails* Let's start off, I had made an appointment with Lily based on other yelp reviews and When you walk in it's such a nice clean environment. I showed lily a picture of what I wanted and she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for! I got powder, gel, and Matte acrylic full set for $45 . All in all it was a great experience and I'll definitely be going back for Lily because she was also gentle on my hands so no discomfort like with some other salons . read more

If you enjoy someone making your toe bleed, The worst pedicure in existence, acrylic nails that chip after about one week and making an appointment only to be left waiting for 30 minutes, this is the place for you. FYI they also talk bad about customers. The woman doing my pedicure said something, pointed at my foot, and the lady doing my friends pedicure looked at my foot and started laughing. One of the back rooms by the bathroom also smells like dead fish! read more

I have gone to Lilii for about 10 years on and off. She's a good nail tech, but she did not do my eyebrows right. She gave me no arch and cut me where the wing of the eyebrow would be so it never filled in. I went back to her when she moved to Bebe's and she was charging me more than my daughter in law and my granddaughters for a fill; whether it was colored or french. This is not Okay!!!!!!! I'm done. Not sure what is going on there, but I'm not going to be ripped off: not after I referred 7 people to her. Another issue, I have ingrown toenails. The last time I went there Lili cut it out (and I was screaming in pain). It got very infected. I don't think she is licensed to do This????? Beware if you go to Bebes and Lili works on your toes or eyebrows.... read more

Came here around 6:30 pm & Lily still kindly welcomed & seated me along with the male staff (forgot his name, always there) but he has always been very nice and friendly as well. Lily was willing to take the time (even with being one of the last 2 customers ) to pick out all the different designs that she visualized that would go with the ideas that I was telling her and making sure I got what I wanted n liked n helped me complete my gorgeous nails which she was able to finish in a fairly quick amount of time ( which I prefer, hate sitting 45min plus for my hands) and she did it with what seemed like a BREEZE! We used 5 different flake transparent glitters with coffin shape & only charged 10$ more . Lily knows what she's doing for sure and her not cutting or hurting me at all was definitely a plus in my book! She's my new go to!‍ Love her & I'm sure you will tOo! THANK ME LATER .. yA welcome!! Large clean and well decorated shop. Pushed gel polish on me when I like to use my own colors. That's pretty standard. They have a lot of services which is nice including microblading...not sure I would go to a place like this for something like that though. Filed all my nails the same size! That's a big deal considering another place I went to botched my nails. read more

I found this salon here on yelp with high reviews...I am super picky with my nails and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! I have been a client at another nail salon for more than 8 years and have been unhappy for a while. Thankfully I tried Bebe nails! Lily was very nice and did an amazing job! My nails turned out amazing! And I might add that at the salon I have been going to I had requested the glitter fade many times and told no he wouldn't do them! I went in to get a new set of acrylics and left with half a pinky nail. They did not soak off my nails but merely popped them off (painfully) causing my nail to tear and then charged me $10. The tools used were dirty (unfortunately I did not notice until later) I haven't been here before but I will not be coming back. read more

I figured Lily had nice nails from the pictures but wow, how painful was the process. I made an appt for a fill, but she talked me into a full set. She then proceeded to rip all my nails off from my old set, which were not even lifting! No soaking! It hurt so bad and she told me I'm scary. One of my nails ripped from the nail bed so much and started bleeding. Next she did the tips, and carelessly cutting them down. My thumb was shorter than the rest, I asked her to redo it. She said no and glued the tip she cut off back on. At this point the tip is pointing upward. I asked her again, to take it off and redo it. She said, don't worry. No, this is the base of the nail and if you continue, it was will still be pointing upward! Fail! She took it off, and put a new tip. Now, she's doing the acrylic, and OMG it stung SO BAD. It was burning so much I had to put my hand in front of the fan. She said, oh maybe it's the primer. Actually lady, you ripped off all my nails, that's why it hurts. She just kept downplaying whatever I was saying. For a first time customer, you would think she would have a little more compassion to gain a regular. read more

So glad I found Annie & the rest of the amazing ladies here. Use to go to them for 7 years and was shocked when they weren't at the old spot. This location is so nice. Everyone greeted us as we walked in.They have so many colors to choose from. Water, coffee & candy offered to you during your appointment. My pedicure was fabulous. I get a slightly ingrown nail on my big toe. Annie is the only one who knows how to cut my nails so this doesn't happen. Love the time they spend on each client. Basic pedicure with hot wax is $22!! You can't beat that. I'll be back to try the lavender pedicure, it sounds amazing. read more

I'll start by saying Lily was very sweet. Sometimes a sweet person doesn't make up for the crummy service though. I was there for 3 hours getting my gels (with hard gel under) removed, getting them done again with a powder dip, and a basic pedi. 3 hours seemed a bit excessive, and she had to pick the hard gel off with her own nails which was strange but I wasn't gonna make a big deal of it. I wanted to try out the dip for the first time, but I ended up breaking the corner off of it the next day. No big deal, I'm hard on my hands. I had to go out of town and as soon as I got back I stopped by to try to get it fixed. She said they were too busy and to come back tomorrow. I came back, and was turned away again. Nobody was there but I guess Lily was helping a client in the back and would be for the next hour. I dont think anybody has the time to keep "coming back later" when they need something fixed. The lady getting her nails done at the time (my first trip to get it fixed) even kindly offered to pause her process for Lily to fix my one nail... it seems like they could have fit me into their current jobs but that wasn't an option. I spent $70-something for my gel mani/basic pedi/tip, 3 different trips over here now, but I don't see myself coming back. read more

First time here. Called in to get a full set and a pedicure same day. Couldn't be happier. I'm in love with my nails, she did an amazing job. And the woman doing my pedicure really took the time to make it feel like a pamper. I am so so happy. They did an amazing job! And the place is clean and instruments are. I had heard so many horror stories of other women who had them done and they were way off and botched. And others who think they got them done nice but really, they aren't nice looking at all. :-/ But then there's Brenda. Not only is she one of the coolest human-beings on Earth, she's also highly trained in the field. She studied this in the U.S., Europe and in Turkey. She had a wall with all her certificates. (Proud moment). When i saw her work on Instagram, i told myself, "Say no more! You're getting them done." Her work is impeccable! And she's worth every single penny! I didn't have any pain. She used a numbing cream. The majority of the process was lining me up. She uses a pretty cool tool to make sure your brows will have a natural shape. (Then i realized my whole life I'd been shaping them wrong). So, no free-hand shaping. She checked in with me a few times to make sure I liked the shape. Then the tattooing part starts. When she was done, they were pretty dark but she does let you know ahead of time about that. After a few days, you'll peel and you'll have the shade you want. She's really good at this as well as far as getting the shade you want. I like my brows not too thin and not too thick either since i have a smaller face and thin hair. I went with the Powder tattooing. My brows look like i have makeup on and beautiful! You get sent home with a care kit and the instructions you need to use it. Brenda is very professional and i love it. I am forever thankful for her. I get to wake up to brows every day! And always perfect! :-) AND, I won't accidentally wipe them off and walk around with half a brow missing! I wish I would have found her sooner. Brenda, God bless your hands for the work you do!
