We had a little hiccup with my front gutter - I didn't realize the holes from our balcony drains would be visible and had some discussion about this on the day of the install. After install I was bummed at the holes making our project look unfinished but Angel offered a solution and sent some guys out to install a shield to block them from view. I had questions/concerns on the shield seams (I am a VERY picky client and this is the front of our house). After a few texts back and forth, Angel called to explain the machine limitations and how this particular product is made which I appreciated. The work itself is quality - it's really nice when you can tell professionals enjoy their job and take pride in it. They also recommended some rain chains for our project which ended up being a standout decorative feature of our backyard.

Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter. Afterwards, he proceeded to clean the gutters.
