It's like I walked in to a local spot on canal street in New Orleans. The service is great. The food is incredible, the prices are a bit high. Just please take my advice, get the Crowley Special. The etoufee is the best in Texas. The bread pudding was the only slight disappointment. read more

For having a lot of seafood dishes this place is cheaper than Papa's or Landry brand but is way more reasonable in price. I really like the chicken and sausage gumbo and the fried shrimp were really good they weren't greasy there a crisp and warm. read more

When you go to pay calculate your own tip! DO NOT RELY ON THE MACHINE THAT TELLS YOU WHAT A 20% tip is! In actuality they are calculating a 30% tip saying it's 20%!ripping you off by 10%, last year at the location on Eldridge they advertised $5 per pound of crawfish starting in may, went in may and they completely disregarded their advertising. I highly recommend this place! I went there for the first time. The service was welcoming and great. I got the Boudain Flautas. They were the best thing I've ever had. If you like Boudain and you like fried tortillas, that is the thing to get! I will definitely be coming back! read more

I liked this place. I had fun, great food, and the skinny margarita was the bomb. Our server, I think her name was Mel, very attentive, sweet, and funny. read more

Ok, went to celebrate a friend's birthday on Monday night about 8:30pm. Our male waiter clearly did not want to wait on us. There were 2 other customers in the entire building. It took them over 45 minutes to bring our food and when they did it was cold. It took our waiter 15-30 minutes to come back to our table with a party of 5. Its sad but I remember when this place first opened, we were some of the first people to support this business. As time has past, they've lost something in the quality and service of their brand. Hiring or placing a body in a business is everything but hiring employees that are sabotaging your business is a recipe to bankruptcy. In the Webster area it hard to find restaurants with good customer service as they routinely hire individuals that leave one fail organization to another. It's my opinion that these employees are the reason for some of these failures as well as lack of managerial skills. There are only a handful of restaurants w we would even consider in the Webster area, that's why we go into greater Houston where service is usually fantastic for us. In closing, I would love to support our local businesses but in our area, there's a lack of professionalism and quality of service. I hope BB's can turn it around but until then I can't support this business or recommend it to our clients as I'm in the tourism business. read more

Food as good as all the other locations I've been too. Ive loved their food since they opened in Montrose years ago. Love that there are more locations now and one so close. If you ever have to wait here know that its worth every last second for their amazing food. Waitstaff is usually attentive, I had great service from the bar staff at this location. Ive had one or two issues at other locations but not rude just they get hella busy because the food is so good. Im fairly certain you can order to go if you dont want to deal with a wait. read more

The service was HORRIBLE took forever to have a waitress address us and ask for drinks I don't even know who are waitress was supposed to be different people waited on us I would look over my should and all the wait staff was just staring at my table not addressing us at all food was okay read more

Service was great.....but the food wasn't. Very disappointing. We ordered the boudin balls and they tasted horrible. Then we ordered red beans and rice and shrimp gumbo... not good at all. read more

SO glad they finally opened in Clear Lake! Food has always been beyond excellent and now I don't have to wait till I'm near downtown to have some. Tuesday Special will ALWAYS be my go-to menu item and it didn't disappoint. My husband had a cajun combo plate and loved it. Got a bread pudding for dessert to go. Isaiah was our waiter and he was top notch too! read more

Terrific Cajun and seafood. The service was outstanding and I think we waiting less than 10min to get our appetizer and meals. Only reason to knock a star is that it is a little on the pricey side for casual dining. read more

Best crawfish EVER! Best Staff EVER! I love everything about this location. This place will not disappoint you. Thank me later

This is hands down the best crawfish I've had in a looonnnngggg time!!! Everything was on point from the flavor of the crawfish down to the spice of the crawfish, corn and potatoes, and OMG the boudin balls were great! If you haven't tried this place, I highly recommended it! The wait time is about 5 minutes minimum. read more

Our boudin balls came to the table cold. The rest of the meal was not impressive or Cajun tasing at all. It was all bland and served like it was frozen and reheated. I would skip this dining experience in Webster. Pappas seafood down the street is a much better option. read more

Food tasteless Po-Boy lacked flavor Soup good Service slow food way overpriced!

I gave BB's a good chance. Boudin Balls need some work. Not flavorful. The shrimp and grits were good. Mac and Cheese was a C. Gumbo also a C. Bread pudding was the only star of the meal. The sauce was awesome. Service was okay. The food got out quick. Manager was a lovely lady with a genuine smile. read more

We dined at BBs for lunch this past Saturday, and really enjoyed the experience. We had an excellent waiter named Jeff T., and he was very polite, courteous and professional. I ordered the Fried Shrimp & Oysters, while my Wife tried the Maw Maw's Grillades & Grits. My shrimp and oysters were fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. It came complete with four huge butterflied shrimp, and scrumptious oysters. My Wife loved her plate with the steak tips and Cajun gravy. The steak was so tender, it fell apart in your mouth. This was our 2nd visit here, and I'm sure we will return again soon. read more

My wife and I went on 2/29/20 and it was a 20-30 minute wait for a table of two. There were plenty of open tables outside and we asked about the wait for outside and we were given the same wait time. After about 29 minutes we get notified that our table is ready and we were taken to the outside seating. My wife was excited to give the snow crab a try here and when she went to order it they stated it had been pulled off the menu because the quality out there isn't great right now. The waiter advised it had been unavailable for about 2 months now. So she gave the dungeons crab a try and she enjoyed it. Overall, it was a good place and the food was good...not great but good. read more

I normally love this place, but tonight it was rough! It took forever for drinks from the bar to come out and FOREVER for raw oysters. Our main course almost beat them out. The only thing that saved this review from getting 2 stars was the manager. She noticed that we were waiting an abnormally long time for food and drinks, came and apologized and gave us our late oysters for free. Like I said....I usually have a great experience here, hopefully this was a "one bad night". read more

First time eating here. Googled places to eat near me and this popped up. Pictures posted attracted us to try it out. We got an amazing waitress NANI, she helped us with the menu and we found exactly what we wanted to try out. The food was delicious and Nani was very attentive and was very friendly. THE ABSOLUTE BEST CRAWFISH AND BOILED SHRIMP. Good atmosphere, sat in the bar area. Plenty of space. Attentive bar tenders. Was checked on multiple times. My good came out exactly as ordered. In a good amount of time. NO COMPLAINTS. read more

I will get straight to the point. Our waitress was non existent. But the food overall was ok. Would I come back? No!

Shrimp po'boy was very good. Light breading on plentiful shrimp. Gumbo had layers of flavor , served with rice on the side. Catfish dinner was excellent except for the coleslaw waitress spilled on my shoe! Decor felt like old New Orleans but high ceilings made it rather noisy. read more

Food was delicious! Bar service was TRASH! Husband and I ordered two clusters of the Dungeness crab with the Tex-Orleans sauce. I wish we had this back in NJ. The downside was the service. We sat at the bar because there was a 45 min. wait for a table and the bar folks took forever to take our order. Once we finally get their attention, I place my order for the AbitaRita and what I got was a JOKE! The bartender, Alona literally gave a glass that was half-full of liquified frozen margarita and then put a beer in it. I asked another bartender if that's how it was supposed to look and he confirmed, "yes". So I call a manager who knows what I received wasn't acceptable and she happily makes another drink for me. I'm now satisfied with my drink, but now, the service is non-existent. No apologies for giving me a crappy drink, and we were never checked upon after we received our food. Overall, if we visited Houston again, I'd come back, but I'm irritated by this experience. read more

Soooo disappointed by this location. We usually go to the one in the heights but this one looked much cleaner and was closer so we decided to go here. It was so empty that I had a hard time understanding why we would have to wait an hour to be seated. I understand we had a big party but it was empty. We decided to stick around and wait because there shrimp are that good. We sat at the bar and decided to get drinks as we waited and sat for 10 minutes and not even a water was brought to us. There was 1 bartender at 3 people at the bar besides us. Bartender didn't even acknowledge us. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Dantrell is an AMAZING waiter! He made my boyfriends birthday so nice and entertaining. We went with my parents 11/06 Friday evening arrived around 7:00 and was sat at about 7:30pm. If there's a wait, that means it's great in my opinion. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer that were very good and lightly breaded. My boyfriend and I split 1lb Hot N Spicy boiled shrimp The Louisiana Way (super spicy if you can't handle spice don't order!) as well the Bullet for The King which is a Po'boy that has bacon wrapped chicken that is stuffed with cream cheese & jalapeño w/ ranch. The shrimp was so good we can't wait to come back! My mom ordered their popular item Mama B's Shrimp N' Grits which she said was some of the best grits she's ever had and the shrimp that comes on it were also really good. My dad ordered the Rockdale Redfish which he said was excellent, came out hot and the quality was great. He also loved the topping sauce that is also on the grits my mom ordered. They also came out to sing happy birthday to my boyfriend and brought a complimentary dessert of his choice which was pumpkin cheesecake that was gone in seconds. 5 out of 5 recommend to anyone. read more

Ordered takeout so my husband, sister and myself could dine out in our truck. It took forever for our food to-come out and when it did everything was cold and we had no plastic ware. When we got the sever to return to our truck to tell her we had no plastic ware she returns with all spoon. Because she said they had no forks . We spent right at 60.00 dollars and was given poor severance. Try eating a grilled chicken salad and shrimp, fish and coleslaw with a spoon. They really didn't deserve (1) star. read more

Got curbside. They ordered came out 15 minutes after pickup time. I didn't get any dressing for my salad, no fries with my Poboy. No garlic bread, no hush puppies, and rice for my gumbo. The food was pretty good and folks were trying hard. The place was slammed by a number of large tables but they weren't able to keep up. Comforting, tasty New Orleans cuisine without the long drive on I-10. My favorite is shrimp - be it in an empanada, on a po'boy, in gumbo, or simply served up fried, boiled, or grilled. It will be hard to do given the serving sizes, but save room for dessert: the butter cake with rum sauce is a bit of heaven. read more

Best crawfish in Houston! The add ons to the crawfish are great and reasonably priced. Good service as well.

I am very happy with everything about this restaurant. It was my first time and I had no idea what to except... all I knew is that I was craving crab legs and BB's popped up on the map. So we didn't have to wait long for a table and all the staff is wearing masks and keeping up with all the CDC guidelines yada yada... anyway we are seated and our server Fonzie comes up, introduced himself and gave us a breakdown of the menu and made some recommendations. So we get the food and man... some of the best crab legs I've had. The corn was sweet and potatoes were perfectly cooked and mushrooms tasted great. I only ordered one cluster and it was more than enough. I enjoyed every crack and every piece of crab meat. Fonzie was a delight ... even if he was bringing out food and dealing with what looked like a 12 top to your right and a couple other tables he did a good job. Between our waiter and the food I left very very happy. Good job, now we need to get y'all to open up one in Kingwood lol read more
