Was doing a food crawl with my brother in Nassau and we were in the mood for some good Korean fried chicken and this place popped up on our search. It did not disappoint! I've already been here twice since we discovered it last week. First I'll start off with saying that there is a decent amount of seating here, about 6 tables, each with a seating capacity of 4 people. I've seen larger parties here combining tables to accommodate. I like the fact that you also order and pay at the counter and can relax at your table waiting for your name to be called. It is clean and well-kept inside. Also, I'm a strong believer of "you can tell a lot about the kitchen and food ethics of a place just based off of how a restaurant keeps their bathroom" and the bathrooms here are also kept clean. Something I will say is that their service can be inconsistent when it comes to wait time- our first visit, we waited a decent amount of time for our wings to be ready- I would say upwards of 30 minutes and we noticed there was a table that arrived after us and got their wings before us. This time around, it was about the same amount of packed and we waited I would say 15 minutes max for our wings and our ddeok bokki combined. Pleasant change but still notable. Also, we've ordered the 8 pc wings both times, it's important to note the first time we were given 2 radish cups with our order, and when we went yesterday they said it's only 1 per order. So there is some inconsistency in that as well. Now to the food! What we've had: - Ddeok-bokki: First time having this and the lady at the counter recommended it without cheese as a first time experience. Pretty good! The rice cakes were perfectly cooked and the sauce is definitely spicy with a hint of sweetness. I enjoyed this although was not able to finish it- this is a good shareable I feel with others to have complimentary with the wings, if you like ddeok bokki. - 8pc Soy Garlic Wings: BESTTTTTTT. Literally top notch Korean fried wings!!! When I tell you the the outside has the nicest crunch and amount of coating and the inside of the wing is moist, perfectly cooked!!! Also the soy garlic sauce is so evidently homemade, the garlic tastes fresh and definitely powers through the flavor. I've been a long time soy garlic Korean fried chicken wing fan and these soy garlic wings definitely take the cake!! Like, everytime I crave Korean fried chicken wings, this is the spot I will think about and the standard I will have for any future Korean fried chicken spots. (**Worth noting** no mix and matching sauces for the 8 piece wing- you must choose 1 sauce for the order) - Radish: the radish is so crisp and sweet and compliments the wings perfectly with that kick of freshness in between bites. I would possibly suggest having some toothpicks for customers and hand wipes to help afterwards since napkins don't really do the job after eating such a finger heavy food. I asked for toothpicks my first visit and unfortunately they don't have them and hand wipes comes as an automatic assumption given the type of food. Overall a greattttt experience. bb.q Chicken was a solid Sunday afternoon stop. It wasn't busy when I went, and since it's in a shopping complex, parking is easy. It is a quick grab and go spot so don't expect to get romantic here people. The chicken is definitely the star here--super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I had the soy garlic which is so damn tasty. The fries, though? Not a fan. Bland, undercooked, and basically just there for emotional support. Also on price you get what you pay for. A lot of people seemed to be grabbing takeout. I wish I had tried more of the Korean specialties, so I'll definitely be back. The cashier was friendly. Overall, come for the chicken. My food will have been sitting for half an hour by the time I'm able to pick it up, and will once again be room temperature by then. I spoke to staff on more than one occasion about this problem. I was a bit skeptical of this place. I didn't even know it was a korean fried chicken spot till we drove closer to the location when my friend mentioned this place being good. Going in had the fast food vibes. Definitely very clean and lots of space! They definitely have a lot of options when it came to flavors for the wings. We had the Galbi / Secret sauce 50/50 mix 16 pieces total and a rose tteokbokki. The Galbi was on the sweeter side. Still good cause of the batter they made. Super crunch outside and inside super juicy. The Secret Sauce. I was perplexed on the flavor. It wasn't spicy at all. It had a bit of tang to it with im assuming garlic bits everywhere? They were both fried differently which gave it, it's own unique texture. Which I liked. The Rose Tteokbokki was good. It had a fusion of italian meets asian. Definitely has a kick to it which I liked. Overall this place is good ! It is definitely different from other korean fried chickens I've eaten. I would say it is a bit on the heavier side with the fried batter of the chicken. But hey, that is not consider a negative. I would love to try their burgers next time around with fries! read more

Korean fried chicken places are popping up everywhere. As I was going to Crumbl, I noticed bb.q Chicken opened next door and couldn't resist. Ambience - the decor and color scheme is reminiscent of Five Guys. Spartan and industrial. Food - we ordered: Spicy Galbi Wings - well seasoned fried wings and a sweet and spicy sauce drizzled over it. This was really good 4/5. Spicy Original Wings - no sauce, but fried in a spicy batter. I went in tonight with my boyfriend and ordered a 6pc combo with a side of fries in the honey garlic flavor. We have previously been here and had no issues and loved the food. This time around when we began eating we noticed that more than half of the chicken was RAW! The tiniest bit that we did eat later made us sick to our stomach. Great place, although I believe is more of a takeout place, they have plenty of seating in the restaurant, the place is clean, well lit and spacious. You will need to take a shower after eating this cuz the sauce gets everywhere but it's worth it for the flavor. And I must say BB.q is my favorite out of all the chains. I am a bone-in kinda chicken wing gal but this place got the best boneless chicken. Ever. It's super juicy (must be thigh meat) and the coating is light, delicate and crunchy. Usually boneless wings are too salty with the breading and sauce but not here. Also the rose ttoppokki just comforts the soul it is so good! The staff is super nice and the place is spotless everytime. My only suggestion is, when ordering the whole chicken or large order of boneless wings, I wish I could choose any 2 flavors I would like half and half of. This is a chain that originally comes from Korea and is known for frying their chicken in olive oil, which, in the early 2000s, was the pinnacle of luxury. (In the year 2025, I am questioning why we were so bent on frying stuff in olive oil, an oil that is not best suited for frying) I've visited several times, and thoughts there are some seats in the store, I would say this location was largely built for take-out orders. It does take a bit for the orders to come out, even with the timed order-ahead-online feature. My favorite from bb.q is the "Golden Original" bone-in fried chicken. The bb.q original batter has this sweet flavor to it that I think is meant to complement the olive oil flavor. It comes out super crispy and tends to stay crisp for a longer time, in my opinion. My mom loves the "Cheesling" which unfortunately only comes boneless. I think the cheese powder is a little too sweet with the already-sweet batter, but it's got that cheese-flavored chips or snack vibe that is really addictive. I had the Gangnam and the Secret spicy sauces, honestly can't tell the difference between the two and I don't think the sauces stand out enough to be good additions to the chicken. We also got kimchi fried rice and mala tteokbokki (rice cakes). They were both just average, mala was very spicy as promised. Overall, I am glad a bb.q Chicken opened up near where I live so I could eat the Golden Original while its still hot and crispy. We ordered the Golden Original wings and a half chicken with their Secret Sauce--both were absolutely outstanding. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The sauces were incredible--especially that Secret Sauce... whatever's in it, it works! We come at least once a month since they've opened. The chicken is so good. We've tried original, secret sauce, gangnam, soy garlic and all are too good to have a favorite. The original tteokbokki is pretty spicy so for a slightly milder spice try the Rose. The kimchi fried rice is ok. We've had it once and the rice was a bit hard and lacked a bit of flavor. A hidden favorite of ours are the onion rings. So crispy and onions sliced so thin. Oh and the Mandu (dumplings) are tasty as well. read more

It is a Korean Chicken place. They have a few combos with French fries. They have a large good selection of different types of chicken wings or boneless, but not of dark meat or legs and they have no sampler entrees to try a variety. Many canned and bottled drinks are available for purchase. They make each order fresh so it's a 15 or 20 minute wait. None of these factors deterred customers as It was late when I came to order and takeout and there were a good amount of people there. One of their side apps were a dumplings of pork and vegetables nicely cooked with 2 individual soy packets. The chicken wings I ordered were cooked well and tasty. The box they came in was great as it was made of cardboard and firm easily holding the hot chicken pieces.
