Fried chicken! Mmm We ordered 3 flavors: golden original, honey garlic and soy garlic. All were so tasty and fried and crunchy to perfection. My fave was the honey garlic. The garlic and honey flavors were evenly distributed and not super saucy. The soy garlic was good and it didn't taste too sweet like some other places. And the golden original had a good crunch. Ordered these to go and everything came out fresh.

Love how there's so much seating here, its very open and we didn't have to wait for a seat. We got the soy garlic boneless 8 piece chicken and it was so flavorful. It's got a little bit of a kick and was so tender. They give free sides of pickled radish and it goes so well with the chicken. Free gloves are given to eat with and makes the eating experience more enjoyable! Would come again!!

I didn't realize that there was a bb.q in Dublin until we stopped by on our way home. I really enjoy Korean fried chicken so of course I had to stop by to try it out. I can't remember if I've ever been to a bb.q before, but I felt like it was my first time here. It was 8pm on a Friday evening and was quite packed but there were still a good amount of tables available. The restaurant feels like I ordered two small orders of their wings since I wanted to try two different flavors - Gangnam Style (savory and sweet) and Soy Garlic (soy sauce, garlic, and honey). Both wings were delicious (saucy and crispy on the outside), but I did enjoy the Soy Garlic more since it was savory and garlicky. I thought the Gangnam tasted more medicinal, most likely because of the cinnamon I think was what the staff told me? Overall, a great spot for those who enjoy Korean fried chicken. Their pieces are decently sized too. I would like to try different wing flavors that they have and even other items in their menu.

This was a last minute decision to have a quick lunch here. We had an appt and had to make it quick. This fast food Korean place was nice and open. Still looks new. Very visible from the street and plenty of parking. Staff were ok. We tried their Rose' pasta and small order of asst Garlic wings. So the wings were way too bready and a little fatty but good flavor. The Rose' pasta had no flavor but had a hint of spice. Pretty quick service and decent prices but not sure I would come to eat here again. [7R,2026]

Ordered dinner online and food was ready by time promised. Online ordering was easy and website was easy to navigate. Restaurant was clean, shared parking lot had enough empty spaces, and an employee helped me quickly. Chicken was juicy and moist and their fries were delicious! Had a chance to try out this place on a Saturday after lunch rush hour. I was hoping they would do a half and half sauce with 8pc because all the sauces looked interesting. But unfortunately that's a no no. We tried Rose tteokbokki 3.75/5 It's a creamy tteokbokki. A little less spicy than the regular one. But it's yummy. I would prefer the spice level to be a little higher. Secret sauce 8 wings 3.5/5 The batter crunch is amazing. The sauce is yummy but a tad too sweet to me. It has garlic, some sort of citrusy taste (orange?) and pepper. It's listed at 2 fire level but honestly we couldn't taste the spice. The chicken pieces cooked well and tasted very fresh. The pickled raddish tastes just ok, I've had much better one. I don't know if it's because the wings are so sweet that the pickled raddish tastes muted or what. Fries 4/5 These fries are so crunchy. It's one of the best fries we've ever had in the area. Overall it was very enjoyable. The service could be better. I know everything is made fresh to order. However, just to warn people, took our chicken order over 20min to arrive during non rush dining hour. So keep that in mind and don't expect a fast food order experience. Overall I would give the place a 3.75/5

This is a fast food, Korean chicken spot in Dublin good for family's or groups. Fast service, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Chicken was OK. I didn't get what I ordered. You have your choice of boneless or bone in chicken. I ordered bone in and got boneless. Not sure if I'll go back.

Glad to see a location in the East Bay! We ordered a small order of the golden original and the soy garlic. Came out piping hot after about 15 minutes. Safe to say the quality is the same - very crispy and flavorful chicken. Comes with side of radish which is a perfect addition. Fries were super crispy. Seating is ample and the restaurant is very clean. Overall, a great experience.

Very Satisfying! Ordered the Half & Half (Secret Sauce) Whole Chicken and they were both really good. They hit the mark on flavoring their chicken exactly how BBQ Chicken tastes in Korea. People have commented that they took too long, but my to-go order came out faster than they mentioned. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they missed a drumstick in the "Whole Chicken". In Korea, when you order Whole Chicken(통닭) the first thing you do is count for two wings, two drums, pieces of breasts, and the neck (unfortunately in america the neck is not usually served) lol. read more

I found a hair in my fried chicken, which was very disappointing and unhygienic. The owner apologized at the time and told me that my next meal would be free. When I called later to redeem it, I was told the offer was only valid within a month and that wings were not included. This was never explained to me before. We ordered both the original and the kalbi flavors. The original had a bit of an off taste like its old. I'm not sure if it was the breading, but it reminded me of Safeway's fried chicken. They have definitely improved their wait time for orders but the chicken just isn't as good anymore - the batter used to be crunchy even when it was drenched in sauce - the batter now is more soggy and lost its crunch Do not order the bulgogi rice - looks nothing like the photo online - it may have had a rough ride home but I don't think I can shake the portions out of the box - for $16.99 before taxes, it came with a scoop of rice, handful of beef pieces that were overcooked and a big bed of vegetables - so I sent the photo to the store and asked if someone ate out of it and they said no one ate out of it but it looked like it was "shaken from commotion" during the car ride and offered store credit that I have yet to get - to the store owner, pls update the photo online so people can have less of an expectation when they order this item and not be disappointed read more

Holy cow, this place has the best fried chicken I have had in over 20 years! I'm not exaggerating. First of all, it must have been fresh out of the frier because it was piping hot. Second, the crisp was so unique. Light, crispy, almost delicate. I've never had a crisp like this before. And finally, exquisitely juicy. The only drawback is the gentleman who served appeared to be in a rush. Odd ordering practices. Why not let people get the sauce on the side? Sometimes, maybe someone just wants the hottest sauce, but they want to dip it themselves? Not very customer friendly. It had a sweet, tangy flavor to it. It's a small chicken shop great for to-go meals. Despite this, they still kept it clean and bright inside. Recommend for those looking for something to takeout!

The chicken was cold, not like it had been sitting out, but more like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The peanuts were actually a nice touch and added good flavor and texture. I also liked the ginger sauce they poured over the chicken, but there really wasn't enough of it. I wish they gave extra on the side in a separate container. The side veggies were okay too. It came with cucumbers, quail eggs, and fungus. I ate everything except the fungus. It had a very unique flavor that I just couldn't get into. Overall it wasn't bad, but I've definitely had better Hainan chicken elsewhere, so I'm not sure if I'd come back again.

There's outdoor & plenty of indoor seating inside. They've got tons of beers on tap, and a pretty simple, yet good variety menu. They do small oz beer flights too, where you pick the 4 you'd like to try. We got nachos to start, then ordered a pesto chicken sandwich, Cobb salad, & a pasta with chicken. Nachos were really good, they weren't chincy on the steak portion, to me something customers notice and would return for.

But overall, the service and ambiance didn't hit standards. So I give this visit a 3.5 rating for the quality of the food. I hope they can improve on increasing customer service when things are busy and stressful.
