*** 3.5 stars *** Newish Korean-fried chicken chain offering signature fried and BBQ-style chicken tossed in sweet, tangy and/or spicy sauces. Walked in, quickly greeted and order taken. You can also use the self-ordering kiosk near the counter to bypass the line. First time visiting and tried the soy-garlic flavor thinking it would be less sweet than the other options. Wings were crispy, juicy but a bit saucy and a tad too sweet for me that I could only eat 2 wings. Also, wasn't a fan of the exterior and prefer a lighter coating. The onion rings were light, crispy, not oily and delicious. Overall, a good try (possibly try again) and request for 1/2 the amount of sauce. This location is outside of Hmart and a better to avoid the chaos in the food court and the parking lot. Block away (across from Burger King) on the corner. For now, I'll stick to my fave mom-and-son KFC place in Hayward! :D No outdoor seating.

Service was basic online order and pick up. Kimchi fried rice 3/5, too much bell pepper bits, not enough kimchi, not enough spice. Honey Garlic 4/5. Wings were good, drums had thick coating of flour. Well cooked. I ordered 'wings' but they also gave drums. 2/5. Good type of food for to go orders. Place looks suitable for single, group, and family. Very causal.

Fried chicken! Mmm We ordered 3 flavors: golden original, honey garlic and soy garlic. All were so tasty and fried and crunchy to perfection. My fave was the honey garlic. The garlic and honey flavors were evenly distributed and not super saucy. The soy garlic was good and it didn't taste too sweet like some other places. And the golden original had a good crunch. Ordered these to go and everything came out fresh.

I didn't realize that there was a bb.q in Dublin until we stopped by on our way home. I really enjoy Korean fried chicken so of course I had to stop by to try it out. I can't remember if I've ever been to a bb.q before, but I felt like it was my first time here. It was 8pm on a Friday evening and was quite packed but there were still a good amount of tables available. The restaurant feels like I ordered two small orders of their wings since I wanted to try two different flavors - Gangnam Style (savory and sweet) and Soy Garlic (soy sauce, garlic, and honey). Both wings were delicious (saucy and crispy on the outside), but I did enjoy the Soy Garlic more since it was savory and garlicky. I thought the Gangnam tasted more medicinal, most likely because of the cinnamon I think was what the staff told me? Overall, a great spot for those who enjoy Korean fried chicken. Their pieces are decently sized too. I would like to try different wing flavors that they have and even other items in their menu.

The chicken was made to order so fresh & crispy ! We didn't like that the wings weren't tossed in the sauce but basically drizzled on. Bulgogi Japchae was hot , it didn't have mushroom more cabbage & shredded carrots pretty basic & a tad bland . Bonus - everything was hot & fresh . Don't like that you can't split flavors & you have cups for beverages. Suggestion you should have a water dispenser by your cups, they do have water for you to purchase which I think is a tad ridiculous offer your guest complimentary water. I'm sure tour guest's would truly appreciate. Your competitor brings water automatically. It could be that we're just spoiled & use to hospitality at competitor . The cashier was nice , it wasn't too busy there were a couple of tables a total of 4 & a couple of take outs . Fast & casual the interior very clean . Then we went to HMART & got desserts & WOW ! They have a bb.q Chicken in the food court ! Would we come back probable b/c it's convenient but we would rather travel the distance to eat on plates & silverware & not plastic & paper bowls .

Found this amazing spot while driving by Dublin. We were craving for some chicken wings and this place popped out. We were surprised to see that their chicken wings are bigger than usual. We had the original, galbi and soy garlic. All were awesome but my favorite has to be the soy garlic. Wings were completely smothered in sauce but remained crunchy! The Rose Ddeok-bokki was a perfect side dish. It was on the spicy side though so if you can't bear the heat, maybe skip it this time. Also love the Kimchi Fried Rice. Pairs well with the original-flavored chicken wings. The place was spacious, well-ventilated and tidy. I love that their water dispensers are always full of ice. Staff were fast, attentive and nice. Honestly wish they had a branch closer to home!

This was a last minute decision to have a quick lunch here. We had an appt and had to make it quick. This fast food Korean place was nice and open. Still looks new. Very visible from the street and plenty of parking. Staff were ok. We tried their Rose' pasta and small order of asst Garlic wings. So the wings were way too bready and a little fatty but good flavor. The Rose' pasta had no flavor but had a hint of spice. Ordered dinner online and food was ready by time promised. Online ordering was easy and website was easy to navigate. Restaurant was clean, shared parking lot had enough empty spaces, and an employee helped me quickly. Chicken was juicy and moist and their fries were delicious! Fried potstickers were good and not dry. I would def come back!

Love how there's so much seating here, its very open and we didn't have to wait for a seat. We got the soy garlic boneless 8 piece chicken and it was so flavorful. It's got a little bit of a kick and was so tender. They give free sides of pickled radish and it goes so well with the chicken. Free gloves are given to eat with and makes the eating experience more enjoyable! Would come again!!

Had a chance to try out this place on a Saturday after lunch rush hour. I was hoping they would do a half and half sauce with 8pc because all the sauces looked interesting. But unfortunately that's a no no. We tried Rose tteokbokki 3.75/5 It's a creamy tteokbokki. A little less spicy than the regular one. But it's yummy. I would prefer the spice level to be a little higher. Secret sauce 8 wings 3.5/5 The batter crunch is amazing. The sauce is yummy but a tad too sweet to me. It has garlic, some sort of citrusy taste (orange?) and pepper. It's listed at 2 fire level but honestly we couldn't taste the spice. The chicken pieces cooked well and tasted very fresh. The pickled raddish tastes just ok, I've had much better one. I don't know if it's because the wings are so sweet that the pickled raddish tastes muted or what. Fries 4/5 These fries are so crunchy. It's one of the best fries we've ever had in the area. Overall it was very enjoyable. The service could be better. I know everything is made fresh to order. However, just to warn people, took our chicken order over 20min to arrive during non rush dining hour. So keep that in mind and don't expect a fast food order experience. Overall I would give the place a 3.75/5

Glad to see a location in the East Bay! We ordered a small order of the golden original and the soy garlic. Came out piping hot after about 15 minutes. Safe to say the quality is the same - very crispy and flavorful chicken. Comes with side of radish which is a perfect addition. Fries were super crispy. I found a hair in my fried chicken, which was very disappointing and unhygienic. The owner apologized at the time and told me that my next meal would be free. When I called later to redeem it, I was told the offer was only valid within a month and that wings were not included. This was never explained to me before. I have eaten here a couple times and have been very pleased with the food and flavors! I recommend the Rose pasta, Cheesling/soy garlic/Gangnam chicken. It is better to eat it there for the crispiest chicken. Today I got the boneless chicken lunch combo which came with fries and a drink for $15! Odd ordering practices. Why not let people get the sauce on the side? Sometimes, maybe someone just wants the hottest sauce, but they want to dip it themselves? Not very customer friendly. If you think people will ask for extra, just charge them. One on the side of plain chicken. Extras could be $1 or whatever so people don't take advantage. C'mon, do better. read more

Unfortunately, our experience at the Dublin location was extremely disappointing. We visited on August 8, 2026, at around 8:45 PM. We are a family of 9 and were just passing through the area on our way to our hotel. Since the restaurant's website states that the closing time is 9:30 PM, we thought we had enough time to have dinner, especially since this was our first time visiting. As soon as we arrived, however, we were told by the server that 8:45 PM was the last call for orders. We immediately tried to order as quickly as possible using the online ordering system because we did not want to inconvenience the staff. After placing our order, we were then told that green tea and other teas were unavailable, so all of our drink orders were canceled except for water. We understood that items can sometimes run out, so we let that go. The biggest problem was the service and atmosphere after we received our food. It was very difficult to get the attention of the staff because everyone seemed to be rushing around cleaning. We genuinely felt like we were a burden simply because we were still eating. What was especially inappropriate was that while customers were still dining, the staff began putting chairs up on the tables. I even took a picture because I believe management should be aware of what was happening. If the restaurant is still open and customers are still eating, this is not the kind of atmosphere customers should be subjected to. Even worse, it appeared that the AC was turned off while we were still eating, even though it was not yet closing time. With hot pot already being a very warm meal, we were literally sweating while trying to eat. After a long day of traveling, the last thing we wanted was to feel rushed and uncomfortable during dinner. We tried not to make a big issue out of it because we were tired and simply wanted to finish our meal and get to our hotel. But honestly, this type of service is unacceptable. I don't know if this is how every Tasty Pot location operates, but if this is specific to this branch, management really needs to address it and properly train the staff on how to treat customers who are still dining during business hours. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Tasty Pot, and it will most likely be our last. We were hoping to enjoy the food and understand why my sister recommended it, but the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere completely ruined the experience. With hot pot, the food is already hot enough. There's no need for the customers to leave with a boiling-hot temper because of the service. Very disappointing, and definitely not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

The udon was simply bad. The soba was even worse--it had a sour, spoiled taste. I took one sip of the broth and immediately spat it out. The service issue wasn't the server's fault. The restaurant had only one server handling an all-you-can-eat operation, so every dish took forever to arrive, and even getting the check took an incredibly long time. Finally, the restroom smelled so terrible that it completely killed what little appetite I had left. It was difficult to even walk inside because of the odor. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It wasn't just disappointing--it was a complete waste of money.
